Terrible customer care
I paid some part last months 18 Feb was listed as stocked item till now, I have send a couple of emails asking when do you think you will ship, it's all we will get back to you. In business be honest everyone is against time. They are the worst they keep you in the dark.

Your order was sent and tracking information was sent to you via email. We are sorry it took over a week for the item to be shipped, I believe there was an email informing you about a few days delay.

Bad to worse

Parts did not arrive.
No record of the purchase was showing in my web account.
No tracking numer was facilitated.
When finally reached a contact, it took years for him to answer.

Avoid at all Costs

Item was/is listed as in stock but in reality its not. You reach out to them via email and get no response. When you do eventually get a response, Jeff Kapp tells you the item will be shipped at some future date. You ask for a refund and he goes mute. Terrible experience and would NEVER recommend.

We don't exactly know who you are K T, but based on the initials and timing we believe you placed an order on a Friday evening our time, sent us a couple of emails over the weekend and then raised a dispute on Sunday. We don't work over the weekend and have responded by Monday to your emails.

Horrible, likely Chinese, company

“Jeff” is completely unresponsive- a supposedly “in stock” product has been over a month delayed. They provided a fake tracking number to keep us quiet and proceeded to be unresponsive for weeks. They operate like a typical Chinese company- lie, cheat and steal for a couple pennies.

Stay away from this company

Order placed on 9/22 for a part in stock, paid with CC immediately. So far no info on my order, sent several different email with request of information no response at all. There is no chat or phone number to call from USA.
I'm going to dispute the transaction with the bank, for the time being stay away from this site at all cost.
EDIT : after the review i've got an email from a representative saying that they will refund the order, they don't have the part avaialable (as stated in the website) and "appear that the stock count on their website was updated based on their initial expected delivery".
My experience remain poor.

Worst customer experience I have ever had

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Bought a part that said “in stock” and “express shipping” only to find out 2 weeks later after being promised daily to get me tracking that this product was being shipped from China, which was never alluded to on their website. Then I get another surprise! I get a notice I have to pay $30 import fee! Jeff has no clue what he’s doing, is horrible at customer service and a straight liar. Will NEVER deal with this company ever again. They have no phone number listed anywhere. Think twice before dealing with this company.

Partial shipment received. They don't respond to any requests.

I used the website Contact Us feature on the website multiple times and have not received any updates on my orders. AW1657 from Nov 5, 2024, AW1769 from Dec 5, 2024, and AW2116 from Mar 17, 2025. I received partial shipment from the first order but have not received any further shipments since.
