Cormac talked through the process without pressure and taking the time for questions and explanations. He emailed the details so I could read before making any decisions. I felt there was no pressure at any time to take up a policy or not. I'm very happy with the policy I went with and would highly recommend Cormac & Aspect. So much nicer to deal with a human than an online "bot" !!
