I initially got breakdown cover from Auto Aid because it was recommended as being competitive by Money saving expert. They have lived up to my expection. I have been with them for a few years and have just renewed my cover. Very glad to see there was no massive price hike to renew my policy, a minimal increase to last years cost.

Had been having problem renewing online. On phoning, was put through to Maleek. Very pleasant to deal with and knew his stuff, problem solved, insurance renewed.

Very easy to do on line and a good price. Not much more to say.

No complaints at all about the service (although fortunately I haven’t needed to use it for some years).
A little difficult to renew policy. My bank has recently changed all credit cards from Mastercard to Visa. As my renewal is annual, I couldn’t remember if you had my new card details. More difficult than anticipated to login to my portal (I assumed I’d have a saved login and password but don’t have). Then there was no way to check what card details you had stored eg showing last 4 digits of card. So I renewed by entering new card details. But by next year I won’t remember whether you have these stored or not. It didn’t ask me if I wanted you to store my card details.

The experience of having to make a call out as the small 12volt DC battery had died on my very expensive Honda CR-V.
The system as detailed by Autoaid from call handling staff to arrival of an engineer was excellent 👍.
I have had occasion over a good number of years to use the service and it's never failed.The price is reasonable the coverage is good.

Quick response, simple helpful assistance. For some reason my renewal had been declined. I assumed no business on Sunday so waited till this morning an dsadly could not renew but had to join again. However , I'm happy to do that given good service in the past on two occasions.

Appalling service, you tell me you have renewed my policy, I email you immediately to cancel the renewal, and you completely ignore my subsequent messages over the next 9 days asking for confirmation of the cancelation.
Sad really, I have used your services once in the past, with good service.

It was not clear on renewal that cars over 15 years of age needed an additional premium paid. The renewal document stated 'cover for cars, bikes, vans & classics cars' and 'If the vehicle at the time of breakdown is 10 years old or over, the first £25 of the call out cost will need to be paid ....' but nothing about cars over 15 years of age. The was hidden in the full T&C's and could easily be missed.

Dispute saying I didn’t want to renew on the phone they still took payment and when called to say I said I didn’t want to renew reviewed my phone call and because I said I didn’t want to renew I want to look around first it’s my fault as I didn’t say the exact words they exceptto cancel so they have taken payment £78 and if I want to cancel must lose £20 modern day pirates modern day crooks
