Mixed experience .
I would like to express how my experience when selecting the ring was excellent . Tamara in particular was so attentive to details and answered all questions to help you feel empowered and confident to make the right choice .
However , the company itself dampened this experience . After choosing the perfect ring and agreeing the set price as details on screen during the transaction . It later transpired the company website had displayed the incorrect price and appeared much cheaper than what the ring was worth. Rather than honouring this mistake and with no other price discussed. They would rather lose business and customer overall satisfaction and would not proceed with the sale until the outstanding balance was paid .
Again , Tamara was excellent who was the sales advisor involved and did everything to help resolve the issue to no avail .

Fabulous! Can’t recommend enough…
My partner and I made our appointment after some disappointing experiences on the high street to buy our wedding bands. Austen & Blake were amazing, as soon as booked our appointment we were contacted asking what we’d like to look at so it was all ready when we got there. They also accommodated changing time of the appointment with no issues at all. Tamara was so brilliant to work with, she made us both feel at ease immediately and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very competitive pricing too so we even stayed under budget! Thank you for such a wonderful experience buying our wedding rings!

Friendly Staff And Stunning Jewellery

Great experience choosing an engagement ring
After going to a few local jewellers for an engagement ring, I decided to also try out the Diamonds Factory based on several positive reviews.
There might not be a huge shop front with cabinets full of jewellery, but from the minute I walked in, the service was fantastic. Tamara did a great job of whittling down my vague requirements to the perfect style of ring for my partner. A huge choice of options gave a very personalised touch to both the diamond and the ring, which is why I was delighted to purchase it. Pricing seemed very reasonable. Seeing the scan of the diamond was great, along with knowing it is fully certified and resizing service included.
Would 100% recommend to others!

Sharon and Tamara (Bristol) were fantastic from the first minute I walked.
Despite already knowing roughly what I was looking for, I was shown different engagement ring styles and sizes to make sure what I was picking was the ONE!
They were very understanding of my requirements and I was very surprised at the cost vs other high street retailers
All in all a lovely experience and couldn’t recommend any more highly!

Engagement ring purchase
I wanted to purchase an engagement ring, but did not want to pay high street prices as they are extortionate. Came across Austen Blake and decided to take the plunge. All throughout the process everything was super easy and clear, the diamond I had originally ordered had been sold when they went to purchase it, however they found a like for like replacement which was slightly bigger, so win win. Mia was super helpful and even pushed up my delivery date by a couple of days to make sure I had the ring before I went on holiday. The ring itself is stunning and is everything I expected, my now fiancée loves it! Will definitely use them again in the future.
My partner dropped the ring off today at the Bristol office to get it resized, Tamara was super friendly, cannot wait to get it back!
