I was helped by Joshua from A&B Belfast and he was just outstanding from start to finish of the process. He could understand that this was a big decision and lots of choice and he helped navigate me through the process perfectly. Even when I received an annoying letter in the post 2 weeks before the engagement he understood the seriousness of the situation and my feedback. The service from A&B in terms of delivery and payment was good. It's safe to say the ring choice has gone down a treat and my fiancée couldn't be happier. Thanks A&B but particularly thanks Joshua.

Sometimes, I would imagine that it is quite easy to sell expensive jewellery to excited customers. However, class only appears in adversity. Shannon has shown herself not just to be a very knowledgeable expert in her field, she was simply outstanding in her after-sales service.
Shannon has knowledge, patience, understanding, patience, customer care and, er, patience.
My case involved customs, French bureaucracy, paperwork and an awful lot of patience. Shannon showed that it was not all about getting the sale and moving on. She’s still by my side, 6 weeks later, sorting things out with me and giving exceptional support and service.
If the director of the company is reading this, give Shannon a large pay rise; she deserves it! Great products and phenomenal customer service!

As soon as I walked in was greeted by very friendly sales assistant, Joshua. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, no pressure to push a sale just very helpful. Brilliant and Clears Diamond Ring Stones Coupled With Exceptional Service.
I had an amazing experience with Austen and Blake Belfast, especially thanks to Joshua. For our 8-year anniversary, I ordered a wedding ring and a diamond engagement ring for my wife, but I placed the order a bit late. Despite the tight timeline, Joshua went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He provided a beautiful replica to stand in until the actual rings were delivered, ensuring our special day went smoothly.

Prestigious Service from a Prestigious Jeweller
On entering this prestigious jewellers, I was met with the most welcoming reception from Shannon. I explained to her that I had already visited six different jewellery shops in Belfast that day and was unimpressed with the lack of style choices of engagement rings. I was unimpressed also with lack of warmth and service. Talk about reading the room, Shannon didn’t get into trying to sell me anything, she got coffee for me along with a cheeky little chocolate. Shannon let me get settled first. This is a skill and you’ve either got it or you don’t.
Once settled, Shannon showed me a wide range of styles, stone cuts and explained the difference in carat brightness etc.
At no point was she pushy or trying to upscale the purchase price. In fact, I spent a little more than I planned only because Shannon gave me enough information so I could make that informed decision myself.
I like the fact that the engagement ring I chose is being made from scratch. I loved the service from Shannon but I was also made feel welcome by the rest of team here. This is the place to buy your partner something special. Something she will love and cherish. I can’t recommend Austen&Blake highly enough.
Ask for Shannon when you visit and say Chris recommended you.

Delighted with A&B
I visited Austen and Blake for the first time after seeing ads on social media, as I loved the modern style and the selection of products. I was looking for a wedding ring, but found some of the traditional jewellers didn't have quite what I was looking for.
The team in store were really helpful, and offered us prosecco/coffee and chocolates on arrival, which makes such a difference to the experience. I can't remember the name of the team that assisted us, but both a male staff member and the female manager went out of their way to assist and find exactly what I was looking for.
They even offered to clean my engagement ring on both occasions when I visited, which was really appreciated. I purchased my ring on my first visit, and collected a few weeks later. Both visits were so enjoyable, and made me feel really special. The price was also about half of what I was quoted at another jewellers, and the quality is brilliant. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
