Avoid they are from a $2 dollar shop in China

Nichts mit 90 Tage Rückgabegarantie.
Erst wird der Grund diskutiert und dann wird einem klar gemacht, dass man die Kosten selbst tragen muss, was sehr teuer nach China ist. Das Angebot waren dann lächerliche 10% des Kaufpreises.
Das ist leider pure Verarschung.
Es beginnt schon damit, dass zuerst die 90 Tage Rückgabegarantie auf die Seite als erstes auftaucht und geht weiter damit, dass man nicht auf Anhieb sieht woher die Ware kommt und es endet mit dem Versuch der Rückgabe, die einem eigenen verwehrt wird.

Der Kopfhörer ist eine Katastrophe. Ist das Geld bei weitem nicht wert. Da sind Geräte für 20 Euro nicht schlechter.

On its website this company gives the impression it is in UK, but it is in China. I tried to cancel my order within 48 hours of placing it, because they at first advised that it would arrive too late (it was intended as a birthday present for my daughter). They refused to cancel and claimed it was impossible to stop delivery after payment. I monitored the tracking information and wrote to them every day to point out that the package was still in transit, or not yet collected and could easily be stopped. They still refused to cancel the order and claimed that I would have the right to refuse delivery when the courier attempted it. I pointed out that the package would be delivered to an empty house (my daughter was going on holiday) and that their courier (Royal Mail) would simply leave the package in a place they considered safe, which would mean I had no opportunity to refuse it.This is exactly what happened and now they tell me that I have to return the package to China, paying all costs and import duty. At the same time they offer me a 15% refund if I don't send the goods back. This company warrants no stars at all, but the minimum is one.

An absolute joke of a company. Rubbish quality but I’ll keep the awful product I got as sending them back seems more of a hassle than keeping them. Nothing like the website promises — I wish I’d scrolled a little further to the trust pilot reviews before ordering!

Koptelefoon van 119,00 gekocht. Kwam kapot binnen. De linker oor hing aan een draadje te bungelen.
Ik heb geen vertrouwen meer in het product. Maar het enige wat ze aanbieden is een nieuwe sturen. Dat wil ik niet. Ik kan het terugsturen. Maar terugsturen moet naar China en is op eigen kosten (65,00)

I recently purchased a product from Auralu.nl, which appeared to be a Dutch company, given the .nl domain and all information presented in Dutch. This local impression led me to expect certain standards in customer service and return policies, which are typically favorable in Europe. Unfortunately, the product quality did not meet my expectations, prompting me to initiate a return.

To my surprise, I was informed that I would be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The cost to send the item back was over €62.5, which is disproportionately high compared to the product price of €119. This crucial information about high return fees was not clearly stated at the time of purchase, which feels misleading and unfair.

This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. I advise potential customers to be wary of ordering from Auralu.nl unless they are certain they will not need to return the product, as the return process can be unexpectedly costly. As a company seemingly operating from the Netherlands, better transparency about international return costs would be appreciated.

Qualität ist super miserabel. Was mich am meisten ärgert, ist dass sie auf der Webseite mit kostenfreiem Rückgaberecht werben - das ist eine glatte Lüge!
Nach der vierten Email habe ich jetzt eine Rücksendeadresse in China. Porto und Zoll müsste ich selbst zahlen. So ein Betrug!
Falls jemand von euch weiß, wie man sich dagenen wehren kann, wäre ich super dankbar für einen Tipp.

Ze bieden 90 dagen retour aan maar je moet de kosten zelf betalen. Dit gaat dan niet over een aantal euro’s, achteraf bekeken.
Koop hier NOOIT een product van! De hoofdtelefoon zelf werkt in het begin maar je voelt aan dat deze van slechte kwaliteit is. Chinese brol dus.. ik heb mijn kaart dan ook maar ineens geblokkeerd na aanraden van de bank.

Had de recenties te laat gelezen dus baalde.

Heb ze nu na een week binnen en werd prima op de hoogte gehouden.

Geluid is gewoon dikke prima voor de 109 euro, genoeg bas en hoge tonen.

Noice cancelling werkt ook naar behoren.

Dus tot zover tevreden.

Koptelefoon besteld via klarna, las daarna slechte revieuws, gelijk geannuleerd, kreeg 2 dagen later bericht van sorry is al verstuurd. Toen t pakket binnen kwam in een dichtgetapete doos haalde ik de koptelefoon eruit, het leek op iets wat kleuters met handenarbeid gemaakt hadden kwaliteit van lik me vestje, ik kon m terugsturen op eigen kosten. Heb bij klarna gemeld, hun zijn onderzoek gestart waarbij ik foto,s moest meezenden. Toen kreeg ik bericht van auralu van wij hebben te kennis gekregen dat u uw bank bij dit geschil heeft betrokken zou u dit willen intrekken dan zijn wij bereid 15% korting te sturen nadat u de koptelefoon terug naar ons adres in china heb gestuurd. Dat mogen ze zoiezo niet van je vragen dus eindstand kreeg ik een bericht van klarna dat auralu het geld aan hun heeft terug betaald en dat ik niets hoefde te betalen en ook die koptelefoon niet terug hoefde te sturen. Mensen koop niets bij chinese bedrijfjes met mooie aanbiedingen tenzij het bami of nasi is en je het af kunt halen zodat je gelijk ziet wat je hebt. Dit was mijn spreekbeurt 😁

I made the mistake of not looking this company up. Their product is horrendous, I’ve bought £10 headphones of better quality and sound quality. Their response by email to returns has been to threaten me and order me to pay for tracked shipping back to China.
Absolutely disgusting service.

Cheap Chinese headphones don’t waste your money they aren’t refunding customers

The worst sound from any headphones I've ever had. No treble. And the NC doesn't work at all. Tried to return but they are In china. Also asked me to prove with photos or documents why they are faulty. How to photograph sound? Because its impossible they refuse to refund. Do not buy them.

Bin auch auf die tollen Bewertungen hereingefallen. Schließe mich den Vorrednern an. Qualität ist miserabel.

Net als alle andere reviews hier; te laat de slechte reviews gelezen, en dan is er geen weg meer terug als je meteen probeert te annuleren. Het is goedkope bagger wat nog geen 20 euro waard is. Als ik een cijfer in de min kon geven zou ik dat doen. Niet bestellen, het is gewoon AliExpress troep.

Cheap Chinese rubbish, poor quality and looks and feels horrible. I tried getting my money back and they want video evidence that their headphones are crap so I sent them a pic of the headphones in dog crap - still waiting to get a response - PLS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I agree with Matthew Maher's review and had a similar experience. I paid £109.00 for these headphones, only to find that they don't pair with my laptop or phone and only pair with my TV. I wanted them for all three because I teach online, want to listen to music on my phone and my TV without disturbing anybody.

I emailed Auralu and was told that they don't pair with laptops / pcs or some phones. What's the point in having them then?

I haven't tried the mic because it would involve plugging them in and faffing around with settings, which I don't want to do.

They are too expensive to return because they have to go back to Asia and I already know that would cost over £35.00. Auralu offered something like a 15% refund, which I refused.

Although the headphones work with my TV, they don't do most of the tasks I needed them for and this wasn't mentioned on the website.

They are nowhere near worth the £109 I paid for them and I highly recommend you do not buy these headphones.

I was really kicking myself after I had ordered these EarPods. Only then did I read the negative reviews. ( a moral there!) But, anyway, they arrived today. I opened with some trepidation, ready to return. (By the way, there IS a U.K. return address, in Southall.)
The looked OK, well, in fact, a bit less intrusive than some. They connected immediately and the sound was on par, no exaggeration, with my Apple Generation 3 AirPods. (And they fit my ears better, but that’s a personal thing.) Tried them with pop and classical. No complaints.
The only thing I would take issue with is the finicky tapping you need to do to control transparency/ noise-cancellation modes. And forward and back tracking.
Either this company has upped its act since earlier reviews or there are a lot of people jumping on a negative band-wagon.

After living with these earbuds for a few weeks, I correct what I said about these being on par with my Apple Generation3 airpods. They are not on par; they are far better than Apple in terms of warm, lush sound. The sonority is rich and deep throughout the range.
