Richard was very professional, completely trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

At 64 years old i've been reluctant to succumb to having a hearing test for fear of having hearing-aids. This, in part, is for vanity but also to try and push back 'father time'. Having suffered from tinnitus for several years i was advised my doctor to get it checked out. Richard, the audiologist, was excellent and explained the process and reasons why it's useful to be informed about the challenges of hearing loss. The test was thorough and extremely useful. My hearing loss was 'minor' but heading towards 'moderate' and we decided to revisit any changes in a years' time. I was not under pressure to buy hearing aids and the test was free. I would urge anyone who considers hearing loss to be affecting their daily lives to make an appointment and visit Audika in Monson Road, Tunbridge Wells.

This was the first time I felt someone really understood my hearing issues and was able to explain the causes plausibly.

Having moved into the Tunbridge Wells area I needed to find a company to look after my hearing and also my 4 year old hearing aids. Richard undertook a comprehensive review of my hearing and then adjusted the aids to match my current needs. It was the most comprehensive check I have had and the results were explained clearly including potential future options to continue to deliver the best solution

Everything about the hearing aids was explained to mean a very friendly and professional manner. This is my third pair of hearing aids and every time I'm amazed by how far advanced the technology has become.

Belinda was extremely professional, friendly and informative.
I had been to a competitor a few doors down the road some months earlier, they let me know that my ear problems were probably "hygiene related".
The consultation with the competitor ended abruptly at that point.
I was pretty upset by this comment, and still having ear problems, I was recommended Hidden Hearing.

My appointment was with Jessica for a ear wax removal. I found her to be very professional and she explained everything that was going to happen.
Although the wax was hardened her persistence got the job done.
Showed me a photo of the ear canal before and after treatment, the difference was amazing. Excellent service.
