I had my hearing test, right heating aid was adjusted because the hearing had slightly improved. I was told I need to have wax removed from both ears. I was recommended someone who comes to your home & does a thorough job. He came the next day.

Good service and the staff were excellent. Explained all that I needed to know about the Hearing Aids even tried them on outside to see how they had improved from my previous ones. A new hearing test that I had was also effective and showed me the results from my previous test.

A very quicktest and professionally carried out

I visited the Stafford branch to have ear wax removed. I cannot fault the welcome and professionalism of the audiologist who dealt with me, explaining everything in easily understood detail. I would recommend to anyone
