Audika - St Albans Recenzje

All round good experience. From the very welcoming receptionist to the ear care practitioner (Roopa Samani) who carried out my ear wax removal treatment. Could not have asked for a better service.

Very welcoming and professional service. My hearing test was free and they also checked for wax in my wife’s ears as she was curious to know if she had any.

Roopa Samani from Hidden Hearing attended my elderly and frail mother in her own home to use the microsuction technique to clear her badly blocked ears. Mum was nervous but Roopa was gentle, patient and super efficient. The improvement has been remarkable and will definitely improve Mum's quality of life. Thank you Roopa and Hidden Hearing!

Anyone making an appointment will have done research and know the approximate cost, so will not be shocked. The audiologist I saw did not try to sell me anything as I had been recommended by a friend who was extremely satisfied.
I, too, was most impressed by the examination and the options available. They seem simply keen to supply what you need and be willing to adjust to suit your experience. But you must be prepared to persevere and they really do settle down. And I have occasionally got to bed with mine in as I became so used to wearing them. I have not reviewed previously as I wanted to have them for 6 months to be able to provide a review with perspective. I have a review appointment at the shop in March and will have a further test to see if any adjustment is necessary.
Clearly I an a satisfied customer and have confidence that this will continue.

I have just had my ears suctioned. The practitioner Roopa was both efficient and friendly. (In case I have her name wrong she wears a very pretty watch!) I recommend Hidden Hearing. Thank you.

Had my ears Microsuctioned today by Roopa . She was totally professional but warm and empathetic. Extremely diligent to ensure that the procedure was a complete success. Thoroughly impressed with the service

I didn’t know what to expect, but Roopa and the team made me feel really welcome and I have my hearing back again also! Thank you guys!

From enquiry to appointment the service has been efficient and friendly. My appointment was with Roopa who was very friendly and professional. Recommended.

I have had my ears cleaned today and the difference is amazing.
Everything was carried out very professionally and was talked through all aspects of what was being carried out.
My ear care practitioner, Roopa Samani, was superb, thank you very much.

Used Hidden Hearing, 10, Market Place, St Albans for ear wax removal by micro suction done Dec 22 by Roopa Samani. Excellent work. I used Spire Harpenden Hospital ENT consultants costing £300 each time. Hidden Hearing charged £70 incl. hearing test and Roopa did an EXCELLENT job with highly automated computer graphic system and removed wax quickly with professional perfection. I have booked their Audiologist service also. Best service all round. Easy booking process . A.Baner

Painless and efficient wax removal thanks!

Very professional and thorough. Fully explained what the tests were looking for and the results. Highly recommended!
Thank you Mubashir.

Roopa Samani removed wax from my ears. She was very professional and took a lot of care.
The wax in one ear was very stubborn but she persevered and was successful.

I visited the St Albans branch for wax removal with Roopa. The whole process was very good from booking the appointment through to procedure itself. Roopa was very clear and friendly and talked me through what she was doing at every step. Some of the wax was quite stubborn but Roopa persisted and tried various different approaches which prevailed in the end thank goodness! All round I would highly recommend.

I had an ear wax appointment with Roopa Samani at the St Albans branch. The first session proved unsuccessful but on my return a week later Roopa carried out a lengthy and successful removal. Her persistence and calm manner was much appreciated. Thank you.
