Doctor Joshua Devine (MSHAA) was very good, he was very relaxed and charming and made you feel relaxed and at ease. He made us feel like he truly knew what he was talking about and felt like he went the extra mile to make sure everything was right with her hearing or the best it could be.

Joshua was so professional, friendly and caring. He was perfectly on time for the appointment and introduced himself, explaining what he would be doing. He reassured my elderly mother and left her feeling confident and happy with her hearing aids. A lovely pleasant gentleman. Thanks for helping Josh, you went above and beyond.

Joshua Devine at Hidden Hearing fitted me with Oticon aids a few years ago. He comes to my home annually to undertake tests and servicing of the aids and is always very helpful. Whilst he shows and demonstrates developments in new technology and equipment, there is no hard sell to change the existing equipment and this has created a feeling of trust. I’m very happy with the quality of service and highly recommend Joshua.

Highly recommended! I spoke with Janet on reception prior to booking and she was so helpful in what I needed to do before the treatment. Terri was absolutely fantastic. She was thorough, informative and put me right at ease with the ear wax removal treatment. It was painless and quick. My ears feel so much better now after booking with them.

I like: friendly and knowledgeable specialist.
I don't like: the prices which are effectively double the competitive market rates with no obvious technical superiority.

I had my hearing checked at a clinc in Standish by Joshua Devine of Hidden Hearing Southport.

Joshua was very knowledgeable and helpful and kept me informed at all points throughout the hearing check as to what he was doing and why and communicated clearly what the results were telling him.

Overall an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joshua to anyone.

Visited the Southport branch for my annual hearing test and review, lots of information sharing with Nadia, who explained everything about my hearing problems and the items and the technology that can make it better and more efficient. Would throughly recommend to all with hearing difficulties. Special mention to Janet who always welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel at ease, always helpful with any domes I need, thankyou.

The audiology test was well executed and clearly explained. The result seemed to indicate that i would benefit from a hearing aid and I tested one which helped. The sales
Pitch became intense and was reminiscent of timeshare sales. We always want to consider such a big investment and we are now doing so.
