Fantastic help, really helpful and informative, highly recommended

I highly recommend Hidden Hearing, as they visit my father at home . They are extremely thorough and professional and his new Hearing aids have made a big difference to the quality of his life. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience was great, very informative, professional and friendly staff. Thank you so much for your help.

Very professional. Very straightforward and free. Hearing all good which is reassuring

The customer care is outstanding. Always welcoming and immediately make you feel at ease. The hearing aids have had a positive impact on both my professional and social life. I have gained confidence in my hearing in all environments. Aftercare is helpful and ensures support at all times. Thankyou!

I attended the Hidden Hearing for a hearing test, the first in many, many years, due to some emerging concerns with my hearing. Thankfully, my hearing test result was within normal parameters. Although no problems were picked up, I regard the assessement as a worthwhile health check up, and am grateful to the friendly and professional staff who took me through the assesssment process and explained everything clearly throughout.

Katie Herring was very informative and patient with my mother

I had home visit young lady was very nice and helpful

I must admit I have been putting off going to see an audiologist for a long time as I was in denial of my hearing loss.

I went to Hidden Hearing as they were friendly and helpful on the phone.

I met Lilly at Sheffield and she was very accommodating with my difficult timings. When I got there she was very understanding of my psychological unhappiness of wearing hearing aids and thoroughly professional when conducting the audiology examination and proposing all the options available to me.

My experience has been faultless.

Its just a really good vibe from the ladies that work there .they make you feel at ease at a very nervous time

Lilly was incredibly thorough . Explained everything in detail about the testing process and the results.

The appointment with Hidden hearing was for myself and my sister. Lilly and Rachel put us at ease as soon as we walked through the door. The care shown to both of us was excellent and Lilly took the time to explain the whole process. At the end of the appointment we came out with new hearing aids, that are brilliant and have another appointment in 2 weeks. Thank you

Lilly made the visit very easy and comfortable

Excellent friendly service in comfortable city centre

I had a fantastic experience at Hidden Hearing and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with hearing issues Jan was incredibly helpful and professional, especially when it came to removing some tough ear wax. They were so kind and understanding, even offering to rebook my appointment for free when the wax was a bit stubborn. They also provided me with ear wax oil to use at home, which really helped with the process.
Now, I can hear better than ever, and I truly appreciate the excellent service I received. If you're looking for a solution to hearing issues, this is definitely the place to go!

Lily who did my test was very good at informing me of every step.

Pleasant, professional & non-patronising.
Would recommend unreservedly.

Friendly service

My partner saw Lilly who was excellent, very helpful & knowledgeable. On this occasion he possibly isn't going to have a hearing aid, but when he is ready, he will definitely be going back to the Sheffield branch. Very impressed.

The lady I saw was very knowledgeable and informative. She explained everything in fine detail and asked questions to make sure that I had understood her.She was very friendly and chatty and put me at my ease. The appointment was a pleasure.
