Audika - Norwich Recenzje

Was a bit tentative about having the wax removed from my ear but eventually had to go because my ear was totally blocked. I attended Hidden Hearing in Norwich and my Ear Care Practitioner was a lady with the name of Diana Dorr. I was immediately put at ease by this lady who has a very jovial personality. The procedure was explained fully to me as she expertly and painlessly removed the wax from my ear. Would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing for any hearing problems.

Today I saw Diane Dorr for earwax removal. She explained the problem clearly and how she was going to solve it. Not only did she remove the offending wax to enable me to hear again, but she checked my other ear and cleared it and also gave me a hearing test. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service she gave and will be recommending her to friends, relatives and anyone else who wishes to hear! Thank you Diane.

Dianne is friendly and explains exactly what she is doing

I visited the Norwich branch last week. The booking process was straight forward and I was able to see someone within 5 days. Upon arrival I was made to feel very welcome.
I was treated by Dianne who is so lovely and extremely awesome at ear wax removal let me tell you. The relief was instant and I scoled myself for not coming to see her sooner. I recieved a hearing test as part of the apointment. Everything was sorted out in the one trip so I wont need to go back any time soon. Highly recommend.

My ear care practitioner, Dianne Dorr, was very professional and friendly. She put me at ease straightaway and explained the procedure clearly. And she cleared my ears! Which was a huge relief.

Made to feel very welcome. All matters professionally dealt with good advice given clearly. No delay in receiving the aids and good follow up on another potential issue.

Had appointment for ear cleaning. Diane Dorr at the Sheringham branch was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job I can hear again. Many thanks Daron

Diane was very informative and knowledgeable about the ear wax removal process and how this would affect my hearing, she made me feel relaxed and able to ask questions as this was my first time. Booked in for a hearing test with Ben as well...will be back next year for a check up
The location was Sheringham not Norwich.

Very friendly staff Diane Dorr cleared my ears very quickly and was very informative. Great appointment and I can hear properly now!

Excellent service. Appointment was on time, I was allowed as much time for the appointment as needed, helpful explanations given, an invitation for further hearing reviews.

Today I went to pick up some "domes" and "wax filters" from HH at Norwich. When I bought my hearing aids they only had 4 of each to give me and promised to supply them.
I met the most obnoxious people at the Norwich shop I have ever come across, when I explained I wasn't given any when I bought my "aids" the guy said when you buy a car you don't get free petrol.
They reluctantly gave me one pack of each, so I'm still short of what `i should have been given in the first place. Do not use this outlet or possibly this company!

Went to Hidden hearing in Norwich yesterday without an appointment suffering with total hearing loss due to wax in both my ears. Diane Dorr manage to fit me in and was kind enough to treat me immediately. She’s an amazing caring and lovely lady. I highly recommend her.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff that have unblocked my ears and left me able to hear properly agian

Great customer service from Diane. Put me at ease, fully explained the procedure and made it as comfortable as possible!

I had an appointment for wax removal as NHS no longer performing this procedure. The Ear Care practitioner,Diane Dorr, first seen at Norwich and then at Sheringham, was very competent. She explained exactly what she was doing, and I was very happy with the results.

Efficient friendly earwax removal by Diane Dorr.

Called asking for an appointment for wax removal at very short notice. Got a cancellation for same day, and saw Diane. Amazing lady, very thorough, explained everything and managed to clear my ears really well.

A very useful discussion before the wax removal, an explanation of the process and the removal itself. All achieved efficiently. Well done.

Diane was excellent. Highly recommend for ear wax removal.
