Visited the Maidstone branch yesterday for a consultation. The whole experience was first rate. I spent nearly one hour whilst the audiologist was so kind and explained every step. I was amazed at the end of the consultation with what I had learnt which was without jargon. Thanks to everyone at Hidden Hearing for such a positive experience.

They took great care of my elderly parents putting them at ease and were very supportive and patient

I supported a 101 year old gentleman who wore hearing aids. His daughter received a Christmas Card for her dad, who passed away in May 2023. I contacted the Hidden Hearing office in Maidstone and spoke to Lisa to ask for the gentleman to be removed from their database. Lisa had a wonderful approach and empathised with me and full of apologies as she knows how upsetting this can be. Lisa is a true credit to Hidden Hearing and I would never hesitate in recommending the services that they offer to anybody.

I visited Hidden Hearing Limited on 01/11/2023 for my hearing test and must confess that my experience during this assessment with Darren Barnden was first class top notch.
His assessments and explanation of the situations were so reassuring that I will recommend this type of service to all. It was a worthwhile exercise and I say thank you to the team.

I recently visited Hidden Hearing in Maidstone for an earwax removal procedure. My visit was a pleasant one due to the friendly and helpful reception staff. I would like to say a special thank you to Justine who was tasked with my procedure and commend her for her dedication and knowledge of the job

The lady talked mum though the procedure and made her feel relaxed the lady said she would stop if it starting hurting really professional place mum is coming back again very good place.

Justine was friendly and made me feel relaxed by talking me through each step of the appointment. Appointment date had been scheduled perfectly by Hidden Hearing so the full treatment was completed in one visit. Scheduled now again for next year.

I am a professional composer, music producer and audio engineer. My ears are the most important piece of equipment I use. Having noticed a slight variation in my hearing, I visited Waxine…err I mean Justine at Maidstone. She was super helpful and knowledgeable, and diagnosed a build up of wax in my left ear due to a narrow ear canal. Having removed the offending wax and given me a weekly care programme, my ears now hear the same again.

Justine is now part of my professional audio equipment to ensure that my clients get high quality music.

I cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic service and very helpful staff. I lost one of my aids and they could not replace with the same model. So I was given a brand new updated pair of aids not just for the one I had lost. Thank you Darren

I took my husband for ear wax removal as this not now provided by our medical practice. We were both impressed with the service he received and a full explanation by Justine, the practioner. Justine at Maidstone made the whole thing strangely enjoyable and totally pain free , she made me feel at ease as soon as I entered the clinic. Justine was very gentle with her probe and my experience was delightful.

Hidden hearing at Maidstone made it so difficult to get £81 back from my dead mum’s account.
They sent out a cheque and would not send a direct payment.
Their staff don’t respond to emails or phone calls.
Don’t use these there are more affordable and responsible companies out there, do your research!!
