I was seen immediately on arrival for my appointment and received excellent service.

My full hearing test was carried out in a most professional manner
At all times I was informed on the procedure and what it was expected to achieve.
Options were fully explained without being unduly pressurised.

Mark has a lot of knowledge about hearing problems and did a thorough check on my hearing.

Karis, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful offering a drink while we waited.
Mark, the audiologist was equally friendly and took a lot of time and effort sorting out my hearing problems and explaining clearly what he was doing.
All in all a good experience.

As always Mark the audiologist was knowledgeable professional and friendly. However the move to Silver street is a retrograde step. The previous Oticon premises were far better.
The audiology room is considerably smaller and now has no room for the hearing booth! In addition, the toilet is now up 26 steps. And was advised not to use it as isn’t in a good condition. Furthermore, as the majority of hearing aid users are elderly, 26 steps is not navigable for them to use the toilet

I’m so happy with the lady that visits me on appointments and that is Chloe, she is so professional as are other ladies I have dealt with, also the office at Lincoln are so helpful as the response time along with service is top drawer.

I visited Lincoln hidden hearing as needed ear wax removal that was causing dizziness
I was quite nervous but the lady who did it was fantastic( I didn’t get her name)She put me at ease, explained everything in detail and tested my hearing afterwards.The price was very reasonable. If you if ever need this procedure doing I highly recommend.
