Wax Removal
The person carrying out the wax removal today was Dee Hartman. The service was excellent and very professional. She approached the process with great care and understanding and ensured that all aspects were properly covered and explained. The actual service was gently and carefully performed and I could hear the improvement after the session. I would recommend Hidden Hearing without reservation. Thank you.

Very professional and friendly service from Dee Hartman when I went to this branch for ear wax removal.

Very professional service.
I was due to have what I thought was a syringe but was told this method is no longer something they do as safer to use “suction” method. However upon inspection it wasn’t necessary to carry our procedure at all, but a brief preliminary hearing test was carried out. The consultant named Dee was very friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend Dee at the Hove centre

I had a consultation with Dee Hartman and she was extremely helpful and professional. They have all the modern technology to support my issue and also did a free hearing test for me and gave me peace of mind.
I highly recommend this company and the prices weren't astronomical

I had two visits to the Hove clinic to clear ear wax. Dee, carried out the procedure with care and professionalism and I can now hear clearly again! Would happily recommend.

I had a microsuction consultation with Dee Harman in Hove and am very happy to recommend to others.

Dee made the experience enjoyable; she put me at my ease, is clearly very professional and competent and generally an interesting person to talk to;

For me, while most of the work was done in the initial session, a follow-up session was necessary once I had applied Earol for a few more days. The follow-up session was provided at no additional cost (possible this varies depending on the circumstance). From my limited research of other providers, I think many would make a charge for follow-up appointments.

So, for me, a very good experience all round.

Just a very efficient service. Did what it described on tin and Dee was very pleasant.

It was a very professional examination.id give it 100 percent.

Wendy explained the procedure to me very clearly and was very reassuring. Throughout the process she constantly checked that I was not in any discomfort and whether I wanted to continue. I could not believe the difference in my hearing - literally instantly! I would really recommend it - best money I’ve spent this year - just wished I’d gone sooner! Thank you Wendy!

I had to go here to get my ears suctioned out and I can’t praise the staff enough! Wendy Green made me feel very comfortable and was very kind and lovely dealing with me and my small ears!
Very much will be going back should I need another ear suctioning!

Attended this clinic to have some stubborn ear wax removed. Very pleased with the service provided by Wendy.

I have just had my 6 month check up at Hidden Hearing, I would highly recommend anyone to get their hearing checked at Hidden Hearing.
After suffering for a long time with Tinnitus it had got to an unbearable level effecting my every day life. After taking up the free offer of a hearing test I discovered that my hearing was to my surprise not as good as I thought it was. With the correction to my hearing loss it has greatly improved both my hearing and almost removed my Tinnitus.
