Great experience

Very kind and helpful. Made my Downs Syndrome daughter feel relaxed with ear wax removal and fitting hearing aids.

Prompt and accurate assessment, early next appointment.

Kate is always fantastic, she listens, explains what she is going to do and how she can help. She is always positive and cheerful and has a great sense of humour.

Mick is a fantastic audiologist- extremely knowledgeable, professional and empathetic to people with the hearing loss. He takes time with his patients and makes sure that the device meets their needs perfectly. My grandmother and I are very grateful for Mick’s excellent service.

Everything!
The approach and service delivery is faultless.
Any information that is asked, is answered clearly, any information given is precise and easily understood.
The different staff I have had contact with are welcoming, friendly and professional. Anything that needs to be clarifying is done so in a sensitive way.
Hearing loss is factor I have found difficult to accept, the agents I have had dealings with are not simply business professionals, they are very obviously aware of, in this case, MY anxiety and gave me reassurance and guidance before offering the service that was available for my condition.
Excellent service

Mr Colclough was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my husbands hearing difficulties and we came away from his consultation reassured. We are now considering the £3000 outlay on hearing aids, perhaps I should just raise my voice when speaking to him! When we decide we will definitely return to his clinic. Many thanks Carolyn McCullough

The two ladies we saw were very helpful and knowledgeable in Petersfield

Taken on time. Relaxed MOT. Delightful audiologist.
Just wish she could do more to improve my hearing.

A thorough follow up was carried out. Their customer service is excellent. I received a warm and friendly welcome. My medical history was discussed knowledgably and with empathy. Some small adjustments were made to my hearing aids making everything crystal clear again. I thoroughly recommend the team at Guildford
