Audika - Eastbourne Recenzje

Ben was courteous, thorough & explained my problem well.
My only complaint is the cost of your hearing aids!!

Extremely polite friendly receptionist who couldn’t have been more helpful.

They are always so helpful

Usual efficiency in hearing test, good advice received, friendly and polite. A pleasure to put my hearing in your hands.

They were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. It was the first time anyone has explained to me how my tinnitus happens. The hearing test is very thorough and each step was explained before it happened.
The hearing aid is extremely expensive but you can get finance which some companies don't offer.
It's great to hear better on my right side again.

I was listened to about what I found difficult with the hearing aid. The problem was solved

Staff are friendly and helpful going out of the way to provide a personal service .My repaired hearing aids were delivered back to my house when I had an evening meeting and were linked to my mobile phone . Terence

Very good experience. Belinda and Gaye were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Happy to answer any questions and was over and done with so quickly.
Would definitely recommend for an ear wax removal. Suction was used rather than a syringe so wasn't painful at all.

Good advice, excellent hearing aids and thorough hearing tèsts

Good customer attention and very helpful

Welcoming experience.Clearly explained procedure, knowledge and expertise of Belinda

The whole team, Gaye, Ben and Belinda, have been incredibly helpful. They have all, in different ways, gone the extra mile to help me with my hearing aids. They were recommended to me by a friend and they have exceeded my expectations.

Belinda was very kind and professional - I had lost all hearing for over a month and she managed to restore me back to full hearing in one session. Highly recommend. Steady hands like a surgeon!

As usual! Efficient friendly. ... ! Excellent!

Always very professional and everything clearly explained.

A few of weeks ago whilst having my annual hearing review with Ben at Hidden Hearing Eastbourne I enquired about a possible upgrade, although I was very happy with my current hearing aid I am aware over the years technology moves on very quick, Ben informed me that there has been upgrades to the tech and could make me a current hearing aid which I could trial for a couple of weeks, I went back and had the fitting and straight away the difference was amazing and instant! everything is so much clearer and in noisier situations like meetings and pubs/restaurants the back ground noise is not so prominent and can hear the people directly around you much better, it is a game changer from the aid I had and cant thank Ben and his team enough for the amazing work they do that really does change peoples quality of life, Thank you Ben and also a big thank you to Gaye on reception, always a pleasure to see her!

Ben was very patient and understanding.

Good explanation. Either explain everything else good. Have some doubts about price?..

Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and professional.
