Gaye helped me with my problem and was cheerful and very professional
Would recommend

Ben as always explains clearly An agreeable manner

Thank you to Gaye and Ben. I would throughly recommend Hidden Hearing. Excellent service.

Ben Always listens to my issues related to my hearing/vertigo and actually told me what the issues may be before my appointment with E N T. On time and good reminders not just age but since retiring no diary days blend into each other. great service overall.

Gaye came out to my house as I couldn't get to them. I would like to praise her for her help with my hearing Aid has it had stopped working. 5 star service. Thanks Hazel Green

I go to Hidden Hearing in Eastbourne. Ben is excellent, really patient and under. Nothing is too much trouble and explains everything so clearly. I would not go anywhere else. Gaye on reception is a joy and makes you so welcome and at ease. Thank you.

I took in my hearing aid that wouldn’t work. The audiologist was away but gaye on reception managed to sort out the problem. She was absolutely lovely and stayed late to do this for me. What a star.

Friendly welcoming staff even though I arrived a day early
Very professional and helpful review

Very helpful and efficient staff. Impressed.

Belinda and Gaye were so welcoming when I arrived in some discomfort-the treatment was longer than I expected but handled with great care and attention - my tubes are now completely clear and my sense of balance has been restored - big thanks to you both

My husband travelled from our home to Eastbourne forgetting to bring any new filters for his hearing aids.
We called in to see Gaye at Hidden Hearing and she was extremely helpful in every way helping us to try out a few examples before she found the correct ones!! We can highly recommend HH and Gaye for their quality of service, help and especially Gaye’s smiling welcome 😃

efficient test, well explained.

Very friendly and helpful although could not achieve much as should have had wax removed before appointment. Now have to make another trip to Eastbourne for wax removal treatment.

Excellent care and attention with massive patience which has resulted in effective hearing aids for me

We saw Ben this week at Hidden Hearing and he was most helpful and efficient. He is a real professional who explained everything to us as regards the Hearing Test and results. We can definitely recommend visiting Ben ,
Many thanks , Rowland and Christine

I spoke to the lady in the office to make an appointment.I have limited mobility so I was surprised to learn that they do home visits. The lady was a very experienced dispenser came and gave me a test I was amazed when the aids were fitted to discover that I was completely deaf in one ear and limited hearing in the other.
She gave me a long time to fit
both aids and explained everything to me.
She advised the best ones for my lifestyle which were middle range
My experience was helpful and I will be grateful for all her continued help should I need it.

I shall recommend them to my friends. Thankyou

Very helpful in slotting me in for a walk-in appointment. Ears cleared very efficiently. Overall very positive experience.
