Audika Dorchester, recently re-branded, is outstanding. Audiologist Jo is empathetically professional, and nothing is too much trouble for manager Lania. They now have flowers, a water machine, real coffee - and umbrellas to borrow. Outstanding.

Outstanding service continues
My first visit today to the former Amplifon premises in Dorchester that I have been using for many years for my hearing needs. I was absolutely delighted to discover that the original staff (Jo Bailey and Lania Ryan) had been retained so I knew that the outstanding service that I had received when they were Amplifon (see my previous reviews) would be maintained. My hearing test was swiftly completed and Jo solved a low sound level problem with my LH aid which had bothered me for some time - the problem was the partially gummed-up microphone that required the use of the specialist light/magnifying tool to even see! After a thorough cleaning the LH aid performed flawlessly and I even had to reduce the sound level settings which were now too high! I was also offered a 'test drive' of the latest AI hearing aids (a welcome idea because the guarantee for my current hearing aids expires in Jan 27) and we discussed the various models and pricing options for me to consider. This visit has proved to be a thoroughly worthwhile experience to the same standards that have kept me using Amplifon for so many years and I will certainly be staying with Audika!

Audika hearing clinic best in Dorchester
Over the last 3 weeks i have found the Dorchester clinic excellent. Firstly one of the hearing aids came adrift and Lanie the receptionist repaired it while I waited and 3 weeks later Lania sorted out the App which had changed from the Amplifon app. In my opinion the Dorchester clinic is the best in town.
