I went to Hidden Hearing to have wax removed from my right ear. Dee was friendly, professional and efficient. The whole process was quick and pain-free. A hearing test followed, which showed that my hearing is better than average. I came out a happier person!

Would totally recommend, seamless attention to customer care and cutting edge equipment The staff were impeccable very smartly dressed and professional in every way I came away very pleased with the way I was treated.

I had ear wax suction performed by Dee today. She was very professional and went through all the processes thoroughly. It is a lovely clean environment in there, and having the hearing test at the end was unexpected but reassuring. I highly recommend Dee.

Very in depth hearing test.

My wife and I have been seeing Dee at Hidden Hearing for a number of years and we have never had a bad experience with her. She always removes the wax quickly and efficiently with a very friendly approach and always remembers us when we go back. The office were able to offer an appointment only 7 days ahead and the whole experience was very smooth, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dee at Hidden Hearing.

It was a great experience all who I met where very friendly and dee was amazing explaining everything to me making sure I was ok and when the treatment was done it was such a relief as my ears where no longer blocked and it was amazing have told friends and family about it so worth going

Zoe Merry at Hidden Hearing’s location at the WoW clinic in Westbourne is an efficient experienced consultant with a gentle, calm and thorough manner. Even small queries are handled so well. I suspect that like many, I did not really want to have hearing aids - vanity and pride of course! - yet I needed them and Zoe helped me navigate my stuff as well as my new hearing reality. I cannot recommend the company highly enough. Excellent thank you.

I went to the Chichester branch for wax removal. I was dismayed when the consultant talked over me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgeways even though I was asking sensible questions regarding how I should keep my ears clean in future. She became visibly annoyed and l was talked down to as though l were a child! The only thing that stopped me from walking out was that I had already paid for the service (they ask for payment before they have done anything!). When I mentioned that my right ear still felt blocked, instead of taking another look she became defensive and said she would email me the images showing that she had removed the wax. Then she said l had hearing loss in that ear and that l needed to be tested for a hearing aid (the hearing aid would cost several thousand pounds!).
I believe this company just want to sell their hearing aids and aren't interested in simply removing wax to make your life more comfortable. I will be returning to my previous hearing care centre who are reputable and at least you can have an adult conversation with!
The attitude at Hidden Hearing was atrocious and l am livid at being spoken to in that way. I never want to go back again. What a waste of £70. I don't recommend the Chichester branch AT ALL.

My mother-in-law has been under Hidden Hearing care for more than 2 years & it has always been a very positive experience. We were initially recommended to them by our neighbour who had been lucky enough to have been looked after by the wonderful Zoe Merry. I made an appointment & Zoe came to our house & she was wonderful I have written a review about that experience previously but since then we have had a couple of appointments with Zoe just to check everything was working as well as possible I can’t speak highly enough about her she is wonderful. She greets you with such a welcoming smile & personable manner treats you with such respect professionalism & care listens to everything that needs to be said & then works out exactly what needs to be done to optimise your hearing. Zoe spent time cleaning changing parts & running an upgrade on the hearing aids & it has made a huge difference for my Mother-in-law. We are so pleased & very grateful to Zoe for all she does to help us & for her lovely kind & patience manner.
Zoe is an amazing asset to Hidden Hearing & I really hope she is given the recognition she so rightly deserves thank you.

As always at this place, we were made to feel welcome, the receptionist chatted to us for the brief time we waited. The appointment was true to time and everything was explained and the wax removal was done efficiently. Thank you

I have had such a wonderful and friendly experience today, I saw dee for ear suctioning and by far the most thorough I have ever had (ive had many in other places) Dee was gentle and wasnt rushed at all which made it such a more comfortable experience especially as my ears are very tender. I will return for all my future ear needs. So lovely and clean inside. Have already recommended to a friend of mine.

Highly professional annual check up you always learn something new every year

Darren visited my house and after going through a series of hearing tests it became obvious that I needed help and decided that a hearing aid was the answer. There was no pressure from Darren but having been recommended Hidden Hearing by several friends I am so far very happy with the outcome.

Zoe was very experienced and a very pleasant lady. She was very efficient at doing the various tests and explained everything very clearly to me
