Helpful, comprehensive & informative. Thank you.

I had the best hearing test i have ever had. It was very well put over on my condition and very well conducted and informative.
The gentle man who did my test was very thorough and very knowledgeable with put me at ease.

Curtis was a really helpful and lovely chap when conducting my Mum’s annual check. He was diligent, thorough and patient. A valuable asset to Hidden Hearing.

I arrived earlier than my appointmen time but was swiftly shown into have the wax removed. The results of which I was shown on the monitor. I was then given an audio test and my aids adjusted to the required new settings altogether a successful morning.

Esther was very thorough and professional and took time to explain everything from test results to the various types of hearing aids.

I was well received and offered a refreshment. Jamie the audiologist, informed me of the tests that he would be doing. He then did the tests and explained the results for each of them. He then told me of the way forward. A great service and highly recommended.

Very friendly, comfortable experience. Did not get full hearing test, due to basic first checks showed I had wax in my ears. Going back for wax removal and basic hearing test post removal.

Very professional and no big sell, a pleasure to deal with the 2 gentlemen who visited.
