The audiologist lady I saw today was very efficient patient and thorough.

I had my ear waxed removed by Sharon who was very efficient, kind and caring. I then had a hearing test appointment with Lindsey, who was equally efficient and professional. A daunting experience made tolerable by the kindness of these two ladies. Thankyou.

I can only thank you for testing my wife’s hearing and arranging an appointment at the ENAT at Bedford Hospital. Unfortunately it’s not until December 2023 which is a long while to wait and I do understand the pressure the NHS is under. I therefore would like your help to advise and obtain a hearing aide for her. She insists that her hearing is not bad the statistics proves otherwise. I understand that she’s entitled to a NHS hearing aid, is it possible for you to provide the correct items.

Great experience from start to finish, initially with Colin Laskey for a hearing assessment. He was friendly and very knowledgable but able to convey this is an easy-to-understand manner.

And then ear wax removal treatment with Sharon Richards who was super friendly, caring and persevered with the job (they were very blocked)! I am very appreciative to have my hearing back - it's a shock how loud everything is now(!)

Would definitely recommend using Hidden Hearing to anyone out there considering it.

Dan Mclean my Hearing Aid Dispenser has been very helpful, explaining all about the hearing aids, how to use them correctly and clarified any queries I had. Everything now is so much clearer, & brighter. I didnt realise I was missing so much. I never knew that flushing the toilet was like Niagra Falls!

First class service given by Hidden Hearing in Bedford by Sharon Richards. Both my ears were completely blocked with a mix of skin and wax. The treatment was comfortable pain free and effective. I fully recommend this service

I have been with Hidden Hearing for several years now for an annual check up on my hearing. At the last appointment it was suggested I should have the ear wax build up removed. Never having had this procedure before I was a bit apprehensive about this but the practitioner made me feel very comfortable and I can highly recommend to trust Hidden Hearing with looking after your ears. The service is excellent and the facilities very comfortable.

I had a very badly blocked ear, so i went to hidden hearing in Bedford and was seen by Wendy Green.
It turned out both ears were blocked. Wendy eventualy cleared the left ear. On trying to clear the right the wax was solid and the process was quiet pain ful at times.
Wendy kept asking if i aws okay, and she would stop. Being stubborn I said carry on,which she did. After a short while she said I am not doing any more for now, as itssnot fair on you. she made another appointment, and i had to put earoil in before. when I went bacy the ear was cleared in moments. and there was no question of paying for the re appointment.
This lady has so much empthy with her clients, she is kind, and very freindly. the whole experiance was first clas,mainly because of Wendys care. ThankYou

Today I accompanied my wife to Hidden Hearing in Bedford for ear wax removal. She was seen by. Sharon Richards who explained the procedure clearly and efficiently. Carried out the procedure very professionally and arranged a future appointment with the audiologist.

Excellent Service today from the Bedford branch of Hidden Hearing - Having put off going to a I had come to a point of no return with reoccuring infections and muffled hearing . I chose Hidden Hearing because of other peoples experiences and |I am so glad I did - From first point of contact with Maria who was both very informative and caring to the initial consultation ( it took two- thats how bad it was ! ) with Sharon I received excellent service. There was a high level of attention to detail both past history and currrent health history and hygiene was again five star - Sharons attention to detail was impressive and she kept me informed right the way through the procedures. This was backed up with visual evidence so I knew exactly what needed to be done and how it was to be carried out . Sharon checked throughout the procedure how I was feeling and ensured I was aware of what she was doing . I will without when necessary be returning to Hidden Hearing I cannot praise them highlly enough and am without reservation recommending them for a five star service.

I visited the clinic in Bedford this morning. I was treated by Wendy who fully explained the process and then carried it out with professional and effective care. Everything was fully explained and results were shown to me afterwards. Thank you so much! Just take care not to get muddled up between Castle Road and Castle Lane as I did!

I have just had my final appointment with Wendy at Bedford who has been brilliant in sorting out my ears for me after an infection and wax build up. Micro suction isn't a particularly pleasant experience, but Wendy explained everything to me so I knew what to expect. She was kind, patient and very informative. Very impressed!
