Audika - Altrincham Recenzje

Nice and warm welcome, made me feel at ease. The practitioner took time to explain clearly each step before doing the assessment which was very welcomed and was attentive to listen my situation. The facility are brand new and clean. It is also very organised because I received a text message and a phone call to remind me of my appointment. I would definitely recommend.

Good customer relations, everything made clear in a very friendly and professional way. I had a good relationship with Georgina, she had a great personality and kept everything relaxed and straight forward.

Excellent service… very professional and didn’t try and upsell me anything.

Excellent from start to finish Mrs r j brookes

The staff are so friendly and go through everything with you. Make you feel very welcome.

Really friendly great service in Altrincham

Pleasant knowledgeable staff.l saw a different person every time. Not too helpful. They need more contact between each other. But now after over 3 months I once again can hear clearly. Hooray.

Great experience yesterday. I was worried I was loosing my hearing so didn’t feel the most confident going in but was treated really kindly and with care. Definitely recommend this location.

Excellent warm welcome and such a thorough hearing test with every part explained in detail. I would highly recommend the Altrincham branch and will definitely be going back for my next hearing test. Thank you!

Audiologist was excellent. Very helpful and explained everything that was happening step by step. Very prompt.

As always Anthony was very welcoming. The appointment was on time and covered everything I could hope to receive by way of a review appointment. Anthony is knowledgeable and happy to offer advice if required. I am always made to feel valued and receive a first class service at every appointment.
I am happy to recommend the practice to anyone needing quality friendly service.

Went with my 91 year old mother. Jo on the desk was very friendly and warm. Antony, who dealt with my mother was very professional and caring. You felt you were talking to a friend. The after sales service was faultless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hidden Hearing in Altrincham.

Great friendly and professional experience. Felt at ease with everything. Well done

Made to feel very comfortable. The test was thorough and the service was excellent!

Popped in for some advice this morning after feeling totally frustrated and very deaf...what a lovely gentleman who was more than happy to listen and offer advice..hope I wont need a hearing aid but if I do this is where I will be going absolutely fabulous..thank uou

I visited Anthony this morning having had concerns regarding potential hearing loss and tinnitus. I work as cabin crew, and was really worried after working with a technical issue, that meant working in a noisy environment over a long time.
I cannot praise Anthony and the lovely receptionist enough. I was made to feel heard, cared for and treated with the utmost professionalism from start to finish. I had a follow up e mail, a phone call by Anthony himself, that was very reassuring and helpful. Thoroughly professional yet friendly and sincere.
I highly recommend Hidden Hearing, Anthony and team if you have any concerns regarding your hearing.
A fantastic service, and will be returning.
Thankyou Anthony and delightful receptionist.

Hearing had been degrading for sometime but put it down to age and earwax. Hearing check with Antony in Altrincham confirmed that hearing loss would benefit from hearing aids. So after ear wax removal and aids in.a whole new world has opened. Sounds which I had not heard for years clear. Normally I struggled with hearing speech but no more.
I can give 5 stars to the team at Altrincham. Well 10 actually but…. I would highly recommend.

Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable would not hesitate to call again many thanks
