I have not received my order. Is in customs, I have paid 70€ extra and I don’t know when will it arrive.

The fragrance is lovely
The fragrance is lovely, you can really smell it in the room after you’ve sprayed the curtains (or upholstery!).
The only slight negative is that the sprayer is quite difficult to keep pressure on it to spray the items, it’s a little stiff!

I placed an order for my daughter and…
I placed an order for my daughter and it said 3 to 5 days got the tracking number then it said delivered to the house a month later but never received anything.

Place an order 12/23/2924 for baby clothes. Received tracking number with at 3-5 day delivery time. Package is showing delivered but I haven’t received.

The spray cleaner arrived half empty…
The spray cleaner arrived half empty (leaked during transport I imagine) and was told a replacement would be sent but never received it.
