Pls provide me an update.Its been more then 3 months i am following up with you and only reply i am getting is "You will receive refund as soon as possible."

Please let be know ASAP because its just like cheating a customer and I think I need to go legal way now if i dont get my refund with in next 3-5 days because its already about 4 months now

I asked for my iPhone to be unlocked, instead they verified my previous carrier was ATT. I know this because I have had the phone for several years with ATT. What a rip off.

All this does is submit against the AT&T site, I had a phone that AT&T wouldn't unlock if you went to their site, they said it was 'not found', but I confirmed it was locked by AT&T - what not found means is that it won't unlock via the free unlock by AT&T. Just go to AT&T's URL to unlock the phone, if that doesn't work, this won't either.

As I'm scrolling through these review and I was think about a news segment that was on the local news in Houston on how company pay random people to give their company a 5 star review. I think that's the case with their 5 star rating. What legit company do you know that doesn't have a contact number or customer service? I'll be submitting a complaint to the BBB.

This is the 3rd time I'm trying to unlock AT&T iphones with this website. First time almost 2 years ago, everything went well, cheap and fast. Second time about half a year ago, I received a NOTFOUND status but I decided to pay the extra $80-ish unlock package since I was in a hurry so I didn't bother to look into it. Third and last time last month, I received NOTFOUND message again and told me that their $80 package will unlock it. I thought that was interesting and went to ebay instead for a cheap unlock service and GUESS WHAT, successfully UNLOCKED! This website is now a scam and only wants to charge more for a cheap service. It's also been almost a month and I'm still waiting for a refund from them. DON'T UNLOCK YOUR PHONE HERE. Go Ebay or Amazon, AT&T iphones are easy to unlock now.

It's now been two days and still no luck. My progress still shows as unlock in progress, yet they claim to do it in less than 24 hours. I sent a message yesterday and no response. Real quick to take money, but slow on any real return. I want my money back and will give them until midnight tonight before filing a BBB-type of complaint.

I am coming back and writing a review because it is now almost close to 7 months I have placed the order and my phone was never unlocked or i got refunded.

My AT&T iPhone 5 was successfully unlocked within minutes of processing my payment transaction. Outstanding speedy service. Exceeded my expectations by far. Highly recommend!

I was all set to post a negative review of ATT iPhone Unlock but it turned out that the IMEI of the first request was incorrect. (The seller claimed the box as original to the handset which later proved to not be the case. It took finding a decommissioned AT&T nano SIM card to get the correct IMEI directly from the 6 Plus.) Unfortunately it meant paying another US$9.99 for another unlock order but this one was complete within 15 minutes of placing the order. Very reasonable price and unbeatable service. Definitely worth being required to open a PayPal account in order to use the service!

Based on the mixed reviews and the low price, I was skeptical - but I gave them a shot anyway. I'm happy to report that I'm VERY satisfied with my purchase. 15 minutes after paying (on a Friday night) I received the email stating that my AT&T iPhone 4S was unlocked. I followed the simple instructions in the email and it was quickly unlocked as described. Thank you very much!!!

Ask for an AT&T iPhone unlock they couldn't do it and they won't give me a refund bad site stay away

they say that to not refund

I ordered my ATT Unlock Service almost two days ago, they promised that it would be completed in 1-7 days and that has not happened. When I email them I get the same response that seems to be a generic template that they send out. The service has not been delivered as it was promised and I do not foresee that it will be delivered at all in the future.

i made unlock order since 22 sep. ,it's 4th Oct now and my iphone still locked and they still telling me it's in proccess
they told me that it would take 1-3 business days , now about 13 days with nothing done
not satisfied at all

Was told that my unlock will be delivered to me in 1-5 days a month ago but still no unlock. Every email inquiry sent was replied with an automated message saying they're still working on it. I would try another company before trying this one for unlocks.

Either I have bad luck or the other reviews are fake as I have been legitimately waiting 10 days now and still not unlocked. They state it would take 1-5 days, but now on 10th day. Contacted them and they told me you still have to wait, so not sure how these other people got theirs so quickly. Not happy at all !
