Shippint time was very quick to Hong Kong, and with an "easy returns" process it was a no brainer.
Unfortunately, the two pairs of pants I ordered were so far off being "true to size". I'm typically a 34-36 between sizes- I couldn't even attempt to do up the zipper. I order two more pairs in SIZE 40!! I needed them for a fancy dress party and figured it was fine as I'd just return the small ones.
When it came to returning the pants from HK to UK postage cost about the same as one pair of pants, but then they were adamant I had to pay duty tax on the value of the pants despite following all the instructions provided by Atom- between this and postage the cost was well over the refund for the pants so I cancelled the send and now left with the small pants too.

The boots were well priced and arrived in good time. Could have been even quicker except there was a delay with the delivery company who none-the-less kept me informed. Delighted.

I LOVE my striped flare pants from Madcap England! I got a black and gray pair and a black and red pair and they are gorgeous! It doesn’t matter that they’re men’s trousers; they look fantastic on me. They’re well-made with great material, they were surprisingly reasonably-priced, and they got to Chicago in less than a week. Although there is a shipping charge to the States, it’s only about $10. I’m in love and I can’t wait to get my next pair!
