An all around perfect service as alway's, fab quality, perfect fit, style and service, great colour palette, the best Mod, Skinhead, Suedehead, Britpop and Psych, Soulboy clothing, footwear, highly recommended, a subculture must/necessity, quick delivery as well.

Horrible quality, not up to anyones standards. Denim pants were more alike to blue stretchy yoga pants than denim flares. The denim jacket i got was some cheap unidentifiable chinese material, shirt was not as advertised in looks nor in material. Dont even get me started on the shipping or the return ive had to pay close to double the original cost just to get it back to them and im still wondering when I'll get my money back or even in full.

The clothing and customer service from this company is AAAAA+++++.They're hard to resist!!

I ordered some Farah Norwood trousers (order number GE11366311882GB), but when I received them, they didn't fit me very well.
The trousers, which were on sale with shipping costs of around €8, ended up costing me around €60. Since I was returning them from Spain, I assumed I would have to pay another €8 for postage, but when I received the refund, I was surprised to find that the return postage was €44 and the refund was only €8. I assumed it was a mistake and that the amounts had been changed, so I contacted Atom Retro, but they told me it was correct and that I was only entitled to an €8 refund. In other words, I spent €52 just to try on a pair of trousers; Atom; I paid Atom Retro, after deducting shipping costs, at least €36, and on top of that, Atom Retro can resell those trousers at the same price I originally paid (75€ now). I don't think that's fair.
I've bought a lot of things from Atom Retro over the years. In fact, I have two brand new Madcap polo shirts with the tags still on, ready to wear this spring. I've bought shoes, trousers, polo shirts, and shirts, but after this, I have no desire to buy anything else, and of course, I have no desire to recommend Atom Retro to any of my friends again. I'm so sorry. I really liked this online store.

I purchased a pair of Dr martens shoes from Atomretro, the first time they were worn the rivet holding the buckle snapped. After a month a replacement set were then sent out to me.

The shoes are 11 months old and have had minimal use. Last week the same thing happened.

Atomretro have fell short on after service I’m afraid. Happy to take your money but fail to live up to a good standard of customer service once they have had your money.

I am now in limbo as Dr martens have said they should be covered for 1 year and have directed me back to the retailer I bought them from and Atomretro say that they are unable to help.

Update….

The shoes were within the 1 year warranty window when I contacted Atomretro. Not over a year as atomretro have stated in their reply!

And thankfully Dr martens have agreed for me to send them back and offered me a replacement, so again atomretro stating things that are not correct!

I am changing my review because Atom has responded professionally and resolved the issue. To date, it has been the best online store for buying mod clothing in the UK, due to its speed, reliability, and the fact that there are no unexpected costs or fees.

Keep up the good work.

I've bought a couple of tops from Atom Retro's excellent selection of clobber.

I was so pleased with the KTF knitted polo I bought a second one in the other colour.

DPD messed up the delivery of the second top (claiming it had been delivered to my collection point - when it was actually held at their depot for a week. DPD were hopeless and did nothing to assist with getting this failure fixed)..

I reported this issue to Atom Retro, they were quick to respond and resolve. So a first class service all round - salute

I asked if they could delay my delivery as I was going away. They couldn't have been more helpful. They contacted me a couple of days before dispatch to ask when I wanted it sending. Dispatched Friday and it arrived Monday. Great customer service and very helpful staff.

Excellent company

Ordered the Royal blue monkey jacket in the Outlet I ordered the smallest size 36in Chest (all sizes available) thinking it would be a little big as I’m really a 34in chest but as it’s a slim fit it fits like a glove and absolutely over the moon with it very well made with quality materials and a fantastic eye catching colour for less than half price even at full price it’s a steal
Ideal for the warmer spring days.
As always Atom Retro never disappoints with a reliable quick all round service.
