Customer service is great. They're very quick to respond to emails, deliver quickly and provide free samples with your purchases.

The fragrances I have tried were a let down though as any I liked lost their strength relatively quickly (max 2 hours on my skin for 3 out of 4) such as M1 Super. Although the Vanilla & Cognac scent did last longer, it was overpowered by the cognac and really not to my liking. Left an honest review 6 weeks ago about how good the customer service was and how I disliked the Vanilla & Cognac scent I bought. It doesn't show on the website though. Doesn't look like they allow any reviews less than 5* to be published which defeats the point.

I have been ordering from Atiyyah London for almost a year and have always received not just amazing, quality products but extremely polite, friendly and attentive customer service.

The customer service on what kind of fragrances/ scent I’m looking for is always spot on and their suggestions are always perfect. Thank you for your quality products.

They didn't have something that I wanted, but they absolutely delivered!

The customer support team had a conversation with me about what I liked. I sent them a few items and provided some information, and they went above and beyond, offering plenty of freebies too!

Also, their extrait de parfum is nuclear projection and longevity. Excited to try more!

Quality of this stuff at this price, only a matter of time before fragrance influences pick up on this gold!

The best-smelling ouds on the scene. I would most definitely recommend them. I placed an order for the Blue Musk Tahara and Second Wife—both smell amazing.

Blue Musk Tahara has a very clean scent; it smells like talcum baby powder mixed with soap. It definitely gives you that “fresh out of the shower” smell.

Second Wife, on the other hand, smells very fruity and floral, but it isn’t your average fruity/floral fragrance—it’s very unique.

I was also sent two oud samples, and I especially fell in love with the scent named “Blue Oud.” It smells as though I’m walking through Harrods, very unique and pure luxury. It’s definitely an oud I’ll be purchasing.

second purchase from atiyyah just arrived, i bought two fragrances (smokey vanilla and blueberry and ambergris) and on my first purchase i got ombre oud. all are absolutely lovely scents, even nicer than i thought they would be. order came with lots of free samples and a lovely note. atiyyah london has a loyal customer here! great business and quick shipping with beautiful fragrances on offer, would definitely recommend

This is the first time that I have purchased from this company. With my order came a free sample of a scent that I absolutely adored but had no name. On contacting the company and attaching photos they were able to tell me which one it was. I ordered it there and then and it arrived within 2 days. The fragrance is Peach Musk. It is a lovely romantic scent and is extremely long lasting. The customer service is exceptional.

Their perfume oils are amazing, they are really beautiful and they last a long time. There’s a really big range available, like ouds, musks, florals, gourmandes, traditional ones. They bring out new ones for each season through the whole season. So there’s always something new to try.
The orders get sent out very quickly and they’re very reliable. They’re so helpful if you want more information or you’re struggling to pick. I wanted something that wasn’t in stock and they made one for me. Recently I’ve been trying out the sprays and they’re just as good as the attars. Highly recommended!

I started by buying 1 bottle of perfume oil from this supplier, then another different scent then 5 more then another 5 more. All different but equally amazing scents on their own, This is now my go to for beautiful long lasting oils they really are heavenly beautiful smelling scents. I just mix them up as I please layering and experimenting with them. I have a sandalwood bracelet and use the oils to keep them in great shape but also having stunning scents on them. I use on my wrists, neck, back of ears. I get comments all the time about what im wearing. I honestly cannot reccomend this seller more highly!. I promise you will not be dissapointed with these amazing value for money scents Thank you so very much for authentic perfumes. Just out of this world!!
