You will get no Response what so ever, maybe if you're lucky but I texted them many times via E-Mail and website Chat.. never got an answear... I waited over 1 Month to get the watch that is not worth it of buying, total fraud. Does not look like the pictures + comes from Hongkong not from them. Spare your money, dont make the same mistake as me and others did. Use ur money on a good quality watch not for something like this... really sad - they now updated their website, before it were "seiko" watches ... great.

The seller advertises with 10 day delivery. After 10 days I did not even get a tracking code. I canceled my order but the seller straight up refused, going against UK law. Now we're 6 weeks further, no tracking link, no order and no money returned. Dont order from these dropship scammers! You can buy the same watches from alibaba for half the price!

I was so amazed with their designs and modifications and i wanted to get a watch from them. After so many arguments my wife placed an order number 6039 and followed up for more than 1.5 months but no delivery was made. She even paid extra charges for quick delivery but the watch never came.

Based on our experience we can say that Premiumhour.uk are thieves, Scammer, Fraudulent, Liars and cheaters so please do not place orders and don't loose your hard earned money like we did.

They are scam, they are fake they took 949AED and blocked me from instagram and website and not responding on emails. i need my refund or i will not leave them alone

I bought seiko watch cost me £150 it’s fake from chaina maybe £10 worth when it bought it says 4/5 working days will receive but it takes months I contacted for return no response I’ll go to complain about it to uk regulatory department they ripping people all reviews are bad

My watch developed a fault after a year, where now the movement has stopped working completely. I emailed support as they advertise 2 years warranty, I supplied all the information they asked for and nothing for 3 weeks. I then emailed them again where they apologized for the delay and again nothing after 4 weeks. They have even blocked me on Instagram, I just want my watch fixed so I can wear it again since the watch itself was good but support is atrocious.

Order3-weeks ago and no one has responded!!. I emailed them to give me my money back, no response!! I got hit with a scam,, please don’t order from this company!! It’s a scam!!!

If you are thinking about buying a watch from here, just stop, don’t. I placed an order and paid for express delivery, which was advertised as 3 to 5 days, with processing being 1-3 days. At most it should have taken 8 days to receive my order. It has now been over 20 days and I still have not received my order, a proper explanation, or any meaningful update. Getting hold of customer service is nearly impossible, and when you do manage it, you are met with vague responses that tell you nothing. Meanwhile, they are actively posting on social media. This business lies about processing and delivery times, ignores its customers, and takes your money without delivering. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses that will actually deliver your product and treat you with the basic respect you deserve as a paying customer.

Terrible scammer company STAY AWAY !!

I ordered a watch from here with the displayed postage of 3-5 business days. It was over 21 days and the order had not even been created. Whenever I followed up with them they were quick to reply but always with an excuse of factory delays due to a holiday, which many other customers here reported as well, Then it was delays from the supplier. Once I asked for a time frame of when delivery could happen they said they could not provide, and once I asked for a refund as I needed the watch for a wedding which would now not come in time, they went radio silent on responding back despite being quick to reply earlier. Of course when I ask to be refunded they stop responding. I finally had to get the bank to get my money back and when I went with another company I received my watch from the new company in 3 days with premium hour still ghosting me.... False Advertising on the shipping times, will lie to you on why order is not yet shipped. They blocked me on insta, go with another Seiko modder there are heaps more out there. Highly recommend to stay away.

The biggest issue is the complete lack of transparency and communication. I have sent multiple emails to their customer support, but responses have been rare, vague, and unhelpful. At no point have they provided a clear dispatch confirmation or a proper delivery timeline.

They eventually shared a tracking number, but it shows no real updates or shipment movement, making it unclear whether the product has even been shipped. There is also no direct way to contact them (no phone support or real-time assistance), which makes the situation even more frustrating.

What’s worse is that I had come across similar complaints in online reviews before placing the order. I assumed those were isolated cases, but unfortunately, I am now facing the exact same issue.

For a company selling premium products, this level of service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers who are paying a significant amount — especially with additional charges for express delivery — deserve timely delivery, clear communication, and basic accountability.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this website.

Scammers!! They take your money and you don't received nothing. It's been more than 3 months since I bought them a watch and they never sent me my order. They never refunded my payment.
