I recently bought the ‘2.5 Giga pixel Milky Way’ ‘fine art’ picture 100x 70 printed on 310gsm paper. To be honest it was massively oversold. The quality just isn’t there. It’s okay but by no means fine art and for what I paid I am disappointed. No doubt the raw image on a PC would be spectacular but on a poster it’s no great. Also the advertised 100 year + is off as it actually says 50 year + on my packaging.

Excellent posters with unseen quality. I ordered 3 different posters for our 8 yo son - one a nebula, two others renders. He's astonished with the posters. I highly recommend using glass not plexi, as colours are more vibrant and there is less reflection.

Bought a 140cmx100cm "Lago di Braies" and wasn't impressed at all with the print quality. It could be a multiple of factors but I wouldn't recommend the fine art print or maybe their larger prints.

What a great company and wonderful quality prints. I bought 2 large prints and both are amazing. One was damaged in transit by FedEx and Astrography took care of me and made sure my print was replaced. I’ll be buying more for my office. Highly recommend.

My orders were dealt with speedily and correctly. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and successfully. The only small 'gripe' I have is that I would like to see more 'Deep Space' posters, otherwise the various selections are impressive. I would have no qualms about recommending Astrography to any of my friends who will ask after seeing the posters hanging on my walls.

Very happy with my purchase from this store. I ordered the Apollo flight path for my dad for Father's day and it arrived very quickly all the way to New Zealand. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. The poster I ordered was the Fine art version and the first poster wasn't the correct paper. I emailed customer service who were very responsive and helpful and they sent out a new poster on the fine art paper straight away. We are so happy with it and can't wait to frame it. This store has beautiful quality posters and I would absolutely buy from them again.

Poster was damaged/creased in shipment. They promptly sent me a replacement. Love it!

If you have a question they respond very fast and are very willing to help when possible.
A smalle change of the regular size was possible even after placing the order.
We have a wonderful present for our son.

We ordered a large print for our baby nursery and it is perfect! High quality art print that arrived via FedEx in perfect condition. We also appreciate how scientifically accurate the orbital print is :) The company was also very responsive via email when I had a question.

We ordered a large-size poster to hang on our wall. It arrived a little later than was intended (only two days), but we were kept up to date with all the delivery information so this was fine. The poster was carefully and neatly packaged. However, when we unpacked it, we weren't satisfied about the quality of the picture. It was clearly enlarged and therefore blurry. We contacted customer service and they provided us with a very neat solution, so we're happy nonetheless. Even though we weren't satisfied about the product itself, the service we received was great so there are no complaints about the company itself. :) Would probably order here again (but a different product).

Just recently bought two posters for $300 and no sign from them at all about when they would be shipping or when I would be receiving them. I’ve sent emails as well as tried their “chat now” feature which doesn’t work. I guess I started to feel like something was off and looked into them a bit more and now see there is a pattern of this, what a shame. I suppose I’ll give them until the end of the week to notify that they’ve shipped my package and then I’ll have to inform my bank due to their lack of communication while not holding up their end of the deal.

Very good quality, team very responsive and all delivered in time in a quality package !! Highly recomend

Update: poster arrived. Very excited to give it as a gift to my friend. BUT, the package was damaged and the poster has creases. Very expensive poster with folding creases… can’t return because birthday is soon.
Otherwise I like it a lot.

Have not received the package or any news about it. Where and when it will be delivered? Total silence, nobody knows. I don't think that is right after more than a week.
So far one star, if ever I get the packet and the quality is what I expect, I will be happy to change to more stars. But not quite yet.
