Great strap

Refund!!! - I don’t really leave reviews despite…
I don’t really leave reviews despite countless bad customer experiences however this is one of the worst shopping experiences.
I wanted to exchange an item and was going back and forth for a week. I then asked for a refund as the were being difficult with the exchange which took another week to sort out.
By the time they agreed to the refund i thought happy days. 1 day later the refund that was due was actually taken out my account. So I was charged twice for the same order . In summary no refund and charged twice for one strap. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

We would like to clarify that we cannot manually process new charges from our end after an order is placed. All payments are authorized and completed at checkout through our secure payment system. We do not have the ability to charge a card separately from the original transaction.
We have checked our system and do not see any record of an additional order or second charge on our side. In situations like this, it is often helpful to contact your credit card provider to confirm whether the amount showing is a pending authorization or a duplicated posting on their end.
If you would like us to review this further, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a screenshot of the transaction, and we will gladly assist.

Good selection of watch straps. Simple and straightforward purchase. Only issue I had was the delivery time which was beyond their control. Overall,a good experience and would buy from there again.

Straps far too big, impossible to get a refund
Straps far too big. When I asked for a refund, I kept getting refused - they just offered me a discount. I kept saying that they were too big so I wanted a refund, but they kept fobbing me off. This happend three times. After reading all the bad reviews here about the impossibility of being refunded, I accepted a 50% discount - as it was clear I would never get my money back.

We’re sorry to hear the sizing did not work for you. Strap length measurements are listed on each product page so customers can compare against their wrist size before purchasing, but we understand that fit can still vary from person to person.
Our team may offer partial refund options as one possible resolution, however a full refund is not automatically declined. Each request is reviewed based on the return terms provided at checkout.

Not a UK company despite their website and web address. I presume it is a Chinese company. Feel like I was tricked. Item still not arrived after 3 weeks. Tracking info does not work.

I just want a refund!
I'm on email number 8....we've been through the £10 voucher, 30% refund and 50% refund. I appreciate they are trying to wear me down until my remaining will to live is sucked dry! At this point it seems a safari into the pointless and I anticipate months, maybe even years of futile emails ahead.
Stay tuned folks, if by some miracle this is resolved I will update. If not, take my silence as defeat.

Firstly I have to say customer services is absolutely top notch. The watch strap itself is a really really nice strap and a beautiful yellow and almost reminds me of the Mitsubishi evolution five Dandelion yellow that was made famous in the video in Gran Turismo back in the good old PlayStation one days.
The only reason I have not given as the strap the full five stars was because they used EVRI courier and I would only suggest this to people buying from Astra that is T if they can use a different courier as I had not a various experience in the formation company, but when I brought this up to The via email communication, it was like talking to your best mate that’s how well they looked after me so that ones have yet go ahead and be happy to purchase from Astra Straps

First class company
I have bought many watch straps from these guys (so much so that my wife has complained about me having them all over the place). I love the variety, quality and pricing. I sometimes get too many emails from you but I get it and they are automated. Keep up the excellent service!

Their returns policy suggests you can return unused straps within 90 days if you paid postage, however it's actually only approved on a 'case-by-case basis'.
I was told by Sherwin that I cannot return my 2x watch straps because international postage would be 'too expensive' from the UK, so was offered 30% then 50% partial refund (after my pushing for returning the item). When I asked what the address was so I could research my own postage, Sherwin told me it couldn't be shared (?).
From my own checking from my statement, international postage would only be £10 but they wouldn't let me proceed with the returns policy they outline on their website.
Beware buying, you most probably won't be allowed to return if you're not based in New Zealand it would seem, even though it's a .co.uk domain.
