Hi Yoram, we are very sorry to hear that. Under normal circumstances you will receive a Track and Trace link from the courrier. You contacted us about this and we sent you the Track and Trace on the very same day, along with the message that it was to be picked up within 5 days. According to the Track and Trace it was picked up and we haven't heard anything from you since. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us, as our team will be happy to help. Cheers!

Speedy delivery, quality product
My order arrived in Bxl, Belgium in 2 days. I love the chain (Cuban Chain 7MM) and the packaging is dope. I'll definitely be back.
Only criticism: I didn't receive tracking info and the order page was never updated beyond the order being confirmed. This made me a bit wary. But the delivery was efficient and everything was pristine, even the delivery box.

Quality jewelry at a great price!
Good quality products for the price! My order was delivered within 24 hours in a super nice and sturdy box. Normally, I throw away product packaging immediately after opening it, but I kept this one because of the cool design. I would recommend Asteria to everybody.

Amazing!
I’ve been wearing the rose necklace for a while. Even in the pool and the shower. And it’s still as good as new. I love the designs and even the unboxing was awesome!

Kwalitatieve Sieraden
