I was surprised and grateful.
I was surprised, and very pleased the way Trim negotiated and settled my subscription. I tried to resolve the issue myself, but was unable to do so. Trim had an answer, an complete resolution in under 2 hours.

Poor Text communications...
The communication was convoluted and poor via text messaging... I ended up negotiating the new bill myself after getting a direct call from Xfinity... However, it was the Trim notification that alerted me that the bill was about to increase, and they ultimately completed the renegotiation by saving me an additional $15... Thank you for that...
