Great Service
The service was great. They sent me a couple of text messages throughout the process, and I kept on going about my day. In the end, I did save about 35% on my monthly internet bill. Would consider using again.

Gen is great!
Second year using Trim for my internet bill. Gen, who I dealt with both last year and recently, was able to get my bill cut by $30 last year and another 50% this year when it was supposed to go up again. I hadn’t even contacted them to do it this year, they took it upon themselves to get it sorted out for me.
