I love this service
I love this service! I am so happy to save money, and NO one has time to sit on the phone negotiating what feels fair, but Trim handles that for you!

Amazing program which saved me a ton of money. I will happily use again. They helped me get my internet bill cut down a third of what I was originally paying and got my phone bill lowered while at it. Will highly recommend this company.

Amazingly patient agent
Amazingly patient agent. Mobiles agents were very aggressive and unwilling to make changes to the account to lower the bill. Took the Trim agent 2 days but she was able to complete everything flawlessly

Helpful and gave me optimism for other bills
Trim was able to help me cut down my T-Mobile bill and give me credit on my bill!! Helping me with that process gave me peace of mind knowing that I wouldn't have to pay more than necessary. I was also given clarity on what it would mean to remove any add-ons from my plan, and how the lower charges would appear to me. Thank you, Trim!!
