Dog s**t service.

There was one position I kept getting automatically refused that I was perfectly qualified for. Sure, I get maybe I can fail the interview, but I met all the requirements to at least get one. I kept getting almost instantly rejected.

I just checked and it turns out every time that happens, ashbyhq is running the recruitment. I reached out to a couple of groups and they stated that I should have gotten an interview with my credentials and resume and they were confused the software blocked me.

But that's what you get when AI now makes hiring decisions.

Don't use them, they are dog s**t.

Just submitted a resume through jobs.ashbyhq.com.
Auto fill managed to get most of the fields completed, did everything I needed to and hit Submit.
Their pages field validation believed that I hadn't entered anything into any of the fields completed with auto fill.

Chances are (though I didn't take the time to look) they are using an on-change event or mouse-out event etc... to validate that data is present.
This is a lazy and ineffective practice.
I would say this makes it feel old (pre-autofill) but even back then this wasn't a recommended form of validating data.

Utter trash. No feedback, just a generic response.
