Very poor products!! I can’t get in contact with company for a refund!

This is a scam . I would like my money back asap. Ordered 3 big ferns and got 3 Itty bitty plastic leaves.Do not buy from this company.

The only reason I’m giving a 1 star rating is because there is no rating that says MINUS 50 !!! This is a scam that advertised a gorgeous full size fern and what you get is a plastic 6 inch artificial fern you could by for 10 cents ! They advertise on Facebook under multiple company names with same pictures . This is clearly a fake company getting our money and don’t bother sending them an email …. All you get is the run around.

Everything went wrong. Not at all what they showed! Buyer beware. I'd give it less than 1 if possible. I wish I could attach a picture. Don't fall for this company! They show you these lovely large ferns and flowers. Nope what I received is not 12" tall not spread and has 7 fern leaves. Stay away

BUYER BEWARE !!! SCAM !!!!If I could give this Product a negative star I would certainly do so I paid $36 for the most Cheap plastic items that look nothing like the picture they had us thinking we were going to receive! !!!!!!
And of course no way to return or contact them !

I agree with everyone else about the artificial fern product. The pictures show a huge artificial fern. I ordered two and it was barely 10" in length. Total scam. The customer service tells you to contact the seller and the seller is a bot that says the same thing over and over again. I am getting nowhere trying to get a refund.

You promote a Chinese company that promotes lies and false advertising. would not recommend to anyone

I have NEVER written a negative review before BUT this is a total scam. As the others previously reported, do NOT fall for their ad. I received very cheap, thin plastic sticks that look NOTHING like the item modeled. I have reported them and expect the issue to be rectified with a full refund. This business is the kind that gives internet shopping a very bad name.

What a complete scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. LOAD OF RUBBISH. WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ANY STARS BUT COULDN'T WRITE REVIEW IF I DIDN'T.

I agree with Ann Reed !!
This is by "copy and paste" but it is my experience exactly. I have learned to read reviews BEFORE ordering from a new company.

TOTAL RIP OFF
I can not even believe the order they sent me, on the website it showed big beautiful ferns they pulled them out of the box they were nice and big so pretty. I almost fell over when I received this item in the mail the ferns were as big as a dam envelope so tiny , they should be embarrassed to even send they let on charge me for the crap they sent!! They are nothing but a Hugh ripoff DO NOT BUY FROM THEM HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

SCAM SCAM. SCAM

Bought two large ferns and was sent two tiny fern stems in the mail that fit easily
In a small mailbox. No credibility. Don’t buy from them. BIG BIG BIG mistake on my
Part. That got me good.

This company's nothing but a SCAM. I ordered a knife from them and after about a month I emailed them to find out where it was they told me that it was delivered which was a lie. They also told me to contact the shipper. HELL that's their job. Needless to say I've not gotten my order.

Don’t even think of purchasing from this company total scammers

I ordered a fern on on March 25 and have still not received a confirmation from this company

Ordered item in January. Didn't receive it until April. And that was only after numerous inquiries. They were not willing to provide carrier or tracking info. Asked for refund and refused. Only after I filed a claim with PayPal did I receive product. Terrible useless customer service. Will never order anything with them again. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

Waited 3 months for delivery and broke the first day. What a peice of cr**. Customer service horrible, only contact through email and they respond but with be patient and fluffy words. I wouldn't recommend to my ex-wife. Yes, that bad.

I’m sure they are scammers. My item never made it has been more than a month. No help from their customer service. Only thing they say is to “Wait patiently “ never again!!!

The site says they do returns within thirty days and have fast delivery! Total BS! They also say easy contact! Also BS! My order is still out for delivery and it’s almost a month in transit! Just got into the states! Try to contact on site and email with no reply! I would avoid this site! If product is bad I’m sure I’m out $40! Lesson learned …. I’ll stick to Amazon next time!

I bought an item for $19.99 with shipping of $4.90, the total should be $24.89. My card was charged $30.70. Why? I tired to go to their site on support/ascertany a few times. It directs me back to their customer support site. Unable to text or call anyone at this site. I'm wondering is this a legit merchandise or scam?? Still waiting.
