The piece is beautiful once I got it put together! I did have difficulty with assembly. Hint: when they say don't over-tighten the connectors, they really mean don't tighten the connectors any more than you absolutely have to! I ended up breaking a number of the connectors before I figured that out. I emailed the company and Dominic was very quick to respond, very friendly, and very helpful. He supplied me with new connectors and provided detailed instructions on assembly, even offering to walk me though it if I got stuck again. I finally got smart and had my boyfriend put it together, which he was easily able to accomplish with the videos Dominic sent. The piece is gorgeous and the drop-down door with its soft close is really nice and high-end. I think we will buy more pieces for our office. This hunter green is really beautiful!

Would do 0 stars if possible.

- Ordered their “quick ship” cabinets. Told it would arrive within 3-4 weeks in accordance to the messaging on the website.

- Received an email 4 weeks later that it shipped, and would take another 4 weeks to arrive. When I followed up, I was told their “quick ship” items have been discontinued, but no changes to the website have been made since.

- After those 4 weeks pass, there is no movement on the shipment. When I follow up, they blame it on road work at the port slowing down shipments. No ETA provided.

- Another 2 weeks pass, no communication or update.

Product ordered in mid-August with an early September delivery date, has yet to be received or sufficiently updated (it is now early November).

Scam company. Stay away.

I had some issues with Fedex and with assembling the furniture, and Dominic was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. It made what otherwise would have been a discouraging process just a game of patience. Very happy with the furniture itself, too.

Working with Dominic is a privilege, he is extremely friendly and very responsive, truly professional.

I was able to custom design a cabinet and received excellent customer service by Dominic along the way. Assembled easily and it looks great.

The final product is excellent! We had some hiccups in terms of delivery and assembly; however, customer service by Dominic is outstanding and it made the process easier. Dominic went above and beyond to ensure delivery, assembly and satisfaction with the final product! It was great working with Dominic!

The team at Arvhi was very helpful in assisting me when my order never arrived. They shipped out a replacement to make it right, and responded in a timely manner and were helpful during the process. The shelf is gorgeous! I got the yellow side table and adore it. The assembly instructions were confusing, but ultimately it was worth the effort and came out great.

Excellent quality and craftsmanship. The C14 Storage shelf in Olive Green is incredibly well made, with great attention to detail and a very solid, premium feel. Looks even better in person than expected. Highly recommended.
