Can improve more. Just need to fix the assistance

DO NOT DROPSHIP FROM THIS COMPANY! I signed up for their membership and got 13 orders. Sunrise does not even tell me that they are out of stock. Now, I am going to going to have to explain and refund all my orders to my customers.

Have been trying to cancel my account since December 2020 & stop the monthly deduction from my bank account. As of 9/20/21 this has not been been taken care of. Beware of doing business with this company!

Horrible. Their products are outdated and over priced, but that's because they order directly from another wholesaler who no longer accepts new accounts. They try to lure you in with their gold member account, but once you do the math, you have to slash your prices in order to compete with Amazon. The majority of sellers on amazon are losing money and don't even realise it because they are getting the sales. The ones who realise the joke are only losing out on the monthly fees they have to pay.

Sunrise doesn't have any customer service. You call them and get sent to voice mail no matter what time of the day you call. Their online chat is also useless. First they claim they will be right with you and it never happens. How can you do business with someone you can't even talk to?

They don't have a true physical address. When we go to look them up they are a PO box in California.

As you can see their reviews on BBB are not so great.

Drop shipping is saturated. You need a product that no one else has. If you are an intelligent business person, you're going against others who don't understand and are slashing prices to failure making it hard for you.

It seems flashy and cheap in the beginning, but really it's a sales pitch for you to give them your money because that's basically what you're doing.

Overpriced items, that you will not sell unless you go in manually to edit it on amazon. They also ad amazon deactivate my account because they said I might be selling fake or inauthentic items, I contacted sunrise, but they could not help me or provide authentication of these products, if you want to list on amazon, i will suggest not using them unless you want your listings to be flagged as selling in authentic products. worst wholesaler I ever used, now I might be out of business

I have used your services for many years and always satisfied so I setup a Big Commerce web store using your product app. In the beginning all was going well but lately it seems that many of the products are not being updated as to quantity on hand, but I still recommend SRW for drop shipping because of their great customer service department. One word AMAZING!!!! Etienne took the time to call me and sit with me for hours to fix a major issue I had created with my Amazon Seller account. Wrote about a product that was out of stock and I received a reply half an hour later. It took some time but Etienne made sure I was able to order the products for my customers. Great service and took time on the phone to assist me. Thank you so much.

They offer a wide range of products, and the app integration makes it easy to place orders.

I would like to see apparel options added to the list of products.

I would also like more commission for low-end and high-end products since they sometimes seem to be at a lower percentage than mid-price products.

One of the suppliers is not properly padding their items before shipping so they arrive broken. I've lost money on refunds because of this.

I would like for them to improve their tracking system. I occasionally get incorrect tracking numbers, so I have to go back and resend the correct number to the customer.

In general, my orders are processed quickly and customer service is quick to respond to most inquiries. I also like earning credits toward merchandise and sales on products, which helps my bottom line,
