Excellent service and products. Good for sending gifts direct to recipients in other countries. 5 star review based on purchase early October.

My first purchase from ArtZMiami was the Duck with Attitude sculpture… absolutely excellent! It fits perfectly in the intended place and gets loads of positive comments.
Unfortunately the first one they sent was damaged in the shipping to England but they replaced it immediately and sent a returns label so was hassle free. Totally recommend

Firstly, let me begin by saying that the customer service department was actually really good and dealt with my issue fairly and quickly.
However the quality of the product was very poor for the amount they were charging. The item was described as a painted statue and when it arrived it was obviously some sort of wrap. You could see the joints where it had been glued down and the colours were faded in places The two statues were very different in terms of colour saturation. The exact same products, I have since discovered, are available on several other sites for roughly 1/3 of the price on this site. They get two stars because of their customer service but the actual product I would give one star .

I saw comments by someone else that prices are too high .I think not to me the pricing is great and the customer service is excellent heck i even tried hitting on Ann but she’s happily married 😂😂

Really impressed by both the creative art and the customer service with this company!! I bought a very cool bulldog sculpture for my husband for Father’s Day but unfortunately a paw had broken in transit. I emailed them and they immediately sent out a replacement after I sent them a photo of the damaged paw. Most other vendors in Miami would have ghosted me. And then a woman named Ann followed up to make sure I received it. First class service! Unique vibrant art pieces. Will definitely buy from them again!!
