beautiful ornament & came quickly

4.5 stars: The item I customized and purchased was very good quality. I purchased a desk art that was embedded with photos. It would have been great if the item had a clear backing layer.

3.75 stars: clarity of communication on the time to build and ship.

3.5 stars: website. Ther was space to put the apartment number as part of the address, however, that didn’t get picked up and added to the order. A round of emails had to happen to make that correction.

Ordered a 24x30 wrapped canvas newspaper retirement gift and it arrived quick, was well packaged and exactly as described. Highly recommend this company and will definitely do business with them again!

When the personalized 21st birthday gift arrived that we were giving our granddaughter, the printed 21 was smeared badly. I immediately sent pictures to Daisihome. They were very apologetic and promptly sent another one that was perfect! It was a joy to work with this professional company!

I was really skeptical about making a purchase from this company, but was pleasantly surprised on several levels. While pondering my purchase, I received a code for 10% off. When I tried to apply the coupon it did not work. I emailed the company after my purchase and they deducted the 10% and refunded me the difference! I received my order in a timely manner and though it was thinner than I thought it would be, it was lovely. I will definitely order from this company again.

I ordered a customized plaque that I needed for a party. I sent an email indicating the date it was needed. I received a response that they couldn't guarantee I'd receive it in time but they would try. Lo and behold, I received it two days prior to the party!! Awesome service and a quality product!
