Bromley Art Supplies are one of my favourite stores for art materials. They have a great range of supplies, are always keenly priced and delivery is prompt. I always have absolute confidence in my purchases from them and know they will arrive carefully packaged. Really superb customer service.

I was delighted to see the Derwent drawing pencils on offer at half the cost of buying direct from the manufacturer. They arrived on time in perfect condition, all in all an excellent purchase. Thank you Bromleys.

Bromleys provide and EXCELLENT experience service there friendly helpful staff make them a joy deal with there deliveries are prompt and reliable. I ordered derwent lightfast pencils in there sale which I have been following reviews on youtube and being in bromleys sale thought I give them a try excellent results the soft creamy texture make them a joy to use the lovely rich pigments

Good customer service when ordering but when products don't meet your requirements they are not interested!. Response I received was that they could not replicate the issue I was having with a product. I always thought customer service was based on the principal that the customer was always right. Didn't offer to replace items with alternative. Very disappointing.

This company is impossible to beat for choice, consistently well stocked offer and fast delivery times. Packing is carefully done and although postage is charged there is free postage on orders over a certain amount.

I ordered twice recently. Not only did I get great deals, but also free neocolours iis and fast delivery too. Thank you so much.

I used to rate Bromley a 5/5.
I used them instead of Jackson’s because of their fast dispatch times and decent post charges.
They are prepared to subsidise UK mainland post if you spend over £25 but now, if you live in N. Ireland (it’s the UK!) they charge over £11 even when you spend over £100?
Their dispatch times have slowed too!

Amazing service! Emailed Bromley's re a delivery issue - non delivery from ParcelForce - and just 20 minutes later I had a phonecall from Bromley's sorting it out. I had tried to get help from ParcelForce for two days...
Such a relief to deal with a service minded company!

I am so happy to have found Bromley’s Art Supplies. All of my orders have been 100% correct, sent quickly and very well packaged. The prices are good and the customer service is spot on. I’m an on going happy customer.

When the company decides to respond to both emails concerning my last order, especially the damage to the items,maybe I'll give them a better review. This is not the kind of service experienced in the past.
UPDATE My original 1* review prompted an immediate response and to give credit where it's due the issue has been resolved. I still can't give a 5* as I've done in the past though in view of the experience with this particular order.

Items received in Excellent condition, nice and quickly.
Catalogue would have been lovely to keep but it was crammed into the box with the pastels so was too screwed up to bother keeping after a quick skim through. The artist doesn't use the internet so the catalogue would have been great.

Not only do they provide a goid selection of quality products at competitive prices, their customer service is unbeatable. I also love that it is a family-owned and run business. Plus the attention to detail with the little “This was packed by (name) - happy painting” card. Whether you’re a pro or a hobbyist, you’ll have a great experience buying from Bromleys!

I recently went to Bromileys Art Supplies shop to purchase Rosa Gallery watercolours and was pleased to be able to try them out first. I have bought from them online since then as their prices and products are great quality and value. Delivery was fast and well packaged. I'm very pleased and recommend them.
