I love this firm. So reliable & orders arrive pretty quickly. There are always offers on & they have a wide choice of all things to do with doing Art. They even have a reduced postage if you only need a couple of light items. Prices are quite keen as well even when not in a sale.

I have ordered 4 times from Bromley’s.
They have an excellent range of art supplies and competitive prives.
All my orders have been delivered by Royal Mail 24 hr delivery and are extremely well packed within a robust box.
They also do a free paper brochure on request which is great for browsing offline.
Good customer service by phone if needed, and loyalty points towards next purchase. I now ask my family for a gift voucher from Bromley’s for birthdays and Christmas.
I’m also happy that Bromley’s is a UK owned and based family firm, not a huge conglomerate.

Just spent in excess of £100. Called about delivery - I was assigned blame straight away and spoken too in a condescending manner - absolutely no need for customer service to be rude.

The delivery was very quick by DPD, although they left it on the doorstep & didn't knock or ring the bell. This is no fault of Bromley's.

Easy to find what I needed (Sakura Pigma Micron pens) in the sizes I wanted. I also bought cool grey and light cool grey to experiment with when drawing flowers.

Website is very well laid out, not cluttered but with everything you need to assess a product .
Good selection of quality items, but what was a delightful surprise was the inclusion of a printed catalogue 😯😯, A4 88 pages which showed a vast range of stock! This is gonna cost me 😂.
The prices are very good, I came here for a product that was out of stock elsewhere and Cheaper 🤓 here.

Bromley Art Supplies is such a great company to deal with. Since I started painting I have bought everything from them. Everything is always packaged beautifully and personally signed by the packer which is nice. I needed a little travel set and this Cotman Field Plus set is a beauty. It would make a great present for any artist.
The loveliest miniature painting set imaginable, a small high-quality book of Fabriani watercolour paper and the ultimate treat, an Isabey sable travel brush.

Ordered a few supplies which came today and I am delighted with the prompt professionalism and in particular the packaging! Debra packed my order with absolute care which kept everything safe. Well priced too!
