The Garnet Mala I ordered on Sunday February 11th arrived near noon on Saturday February 17th! It is as beautiful and perfectly made as my earlier purchase of a Lapis Mala. Questions I texted them were answered very promptly.
I would again unhesitatingly recommend this company to anyone interested in buying from them!

Tibetan thangkas - the real deal!
These Tibetan thangkas are absolutely stunning in their craftsmanship and detail using highly colorful Tibetan pigments including real Tibetan gold dust particles. I regret that I requested the refund…
I regret that I requested the refund due to delays. I read all the positive comments about the Mala beads and how beautiful they are, some waited for months but eventually they got they're package. I love the Mala beads and it brings pain to my heart that I don't own one. My Spirit desire the Mala Beads, hence i purchased the Mala beads. Please don't cancel the oder, I will payback as soon as I get them. There are more good comments about the Art of Tibet products.

Unhelpful customer service
Bad shipping times and will continuously ask for reviews after not helping resolve shipping issues. I ordered my beads a month ago and have been asked for a review twice before I have even received them. when I spoke to customer service they said tough luck and offered a 10% discount. You get this anyway by signing up for a newsletter. Also they claim things are on sale but all they do I jack up their pre sale price and sell for a standard price.
