TOXIC CUSTOMER SERIVCE.

I ordered an item from them, and for some reason they used a courier which doesn’t do home deliveries?

The pickup point is 50km away from me. I was never told by them that I would have to go and pick up the item myself. I entered my home address and as with all online orders was expecting the item to arrive to my door.

When I messaged Art of Tibet to ask then what’s happening they were very unhelpful saying that I need to call them (they don’t have a local phone number) and most likely they are not able to deliver to my apartment. And was told that really the only option after 4 weeks of waiting is to wait for the delivery to send back to them and only then get my refund.

The postal service is not answering my emails.

Not once did they offer to call the delivery or help with this whatsoever. They were actually VERY rude when messaging me. I have wasted 4 weeks trying to get this item.

Colourful Necklace

The necklace is exactly as it looked on the site. I love the orange colour with the addition of some green beads. I know it is going to be a favourite.

The thangkas are exquisite

The thangkas are exquisite! Having traveled and purchased thangkas in McCleod Ganj I have a place for comparison and I was very happy with what I selected and how they looked once I had them in hand!

Green Tara Statue

The Green Tara statue is a wonderful meditation object and a beautiful work of art. Shipping went smoothly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Great job, Art of Tibet!

Simply beautiful

I received my bracelets beautifully packaged and reasonably quick; they look amazing. My sister got me into the Art of Tibet, and I have loved their range.

Stay Away !

Why bother. You don’t “listen” it’s been a horrible experience with Art of Tibet. Even though you give them negative reviews, the change it. And they don’t stop bothering you!
