Had such a great experience with Art Lovers - I wanted to exchange the piece I bought for a larger picture by the same artist. Art Lovers were so helpful in facilitating the transfer and were responsive and easy to deal with via email. I worked with both them and the artist to get the outcome I was after and found the whole experience a lot better than is typically the case when a transaction is more complex. I’ll definitely use Art Lovers again!

Artlovers as a platform has no control over the artists that ship the artwork. We paid and waited for many weeks until we got our artwork. Artlovers reply to our inquiries: Just contact the artist via email! Well that's not helpful!

Shipment went to depot and not delivered to address as ordered and missed time frame for delivery. Apart from that all good and love the painting.

Never having previously bought art online, I found the web site clearly presented a wide range and type of works, easy to navigate, offering good query filtering, and readily allowing compilation of a wish list for closer examination of works of particular interest. Subsequent phone queries were answered politely and diligently followed up. A consequent purchase was delivered quickly, very well packaged in excellent condition.
