This is the fifth order I have placed with this company for their tasting boxes. The coffee choice is sublime and feels like a treat every time you select a coffee bag. I just love the range of coffee's on offer,the easy ordering and quick delivery. I think the coffee bag packaging needs possibly looking at as I find some of the bags don't open easily or cleanly,which is a very minor issue....I've been ordering from here since 2023

Appreciate your comment on our packaging, since we implemented our fully recyclable materials the new outer sachets can be a tad stiff - just give the sachet a good shake from the top and then make your tear.

This the first time I have bought your…
This the first time I have bought your coffee and did so on the reviews. However, my wife and tried a bag each and we both do not like the taste and the texture is very powdery. Very disappointed, and unfortunately bought 2 boxes. Is it possible to return them as we will not be using the coffee again? One box hasn't been opened and the other has only two bags missing.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong pods even though it said suitable for Nespresso machines. Box is untouched and was refused any exchange or refund. Even said about going over 28 days but due to Christmas and their delay in replying was quite put out that that was blamed on me. They really didn't care!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we appreciate that you wished to return the product but unfortunately we do not accept returns on perishable items such as our fresh coffee.
As explained we do have a process in place if mistakes are made to refuse a delivery, this means the product will make it's way back to us with no contact avoiding tampering also.
It is a shame given the timescale that we could not have resolved this matter in a more amenable manner.
