What a great, prompt service and what great coffee. The website was easy to use and there was a great range of products. We were amazed to receive a wonderful and very unexpected welcome gift of extra coffee pods as part of our order. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to all.

Its rubbish over priced and weak strength! If you like strong coffee like costa then stay away from this coffee its crap and doesn't come close to the flavour described on the packet! 4-5 min brew time isnt long enough to get the flavour out! Its just poor quality coffee! I had a 8/10 strength coffee and thought bollocks this is like a 4/10 so al the 6 and 7 just tastes like dirty water

Your bad language aside, we would like to inform you that you ordered our coffee bags - these are not meant to be compared to a double shot of robust espresso from an espresso machine, they are two completely different styles and set-ups.
Coffee bags are a great alternative to instant or french press ground coffee - we also have a coffee bag brew guide on our website to help you get the best from your bags.
If you wish to achieve an espresso style brew we would recommend a whole bean coffee and an espresso or bean to cup machine.

Best coffee so far
I have tried numerous different coffees. This one is probably one of the best i have ever had. My favourite so far is The Heroine, whole bean. The price is reasonable and delivery is swift. Highly recommend.

This is the third time I have ordered
This is the third time I have ordered coffee bags from Artisan Coffee, so they are doing things right.
I like the mix of flavors, cause I don't like to stick with one. Also they have a decaf option( for my wife, Pauline) and a halfcaf which I haven't tried.
And the choc rounds in the boxes are gorgeous.

I paid £7.95 on Monday for next day delivery, didn't arrive, so I had to change the delivery details but that meant I couldn't get it the following day either, so still waiting for it

Thanks for your purchase with us.
We just wanted to clarify why this occurred, to clear things up as we were disappointed to read your review due to the issue being outside of our responsibility.
Unfortunately you ordered at 5:08PM on the 14th (our cut off is 1PM as mentioned at the time of ordering), we fulfilled and despatched early on the 15th to try get your order to you ASAP.
Unfortunately you then changed the delivery address on the DPD tracker portal at 6pm on the 15th, then again changed the delivery by nominating a safe space delivery.
With DPD next day you cannot make any amendments once the package is en-route given the very tight deadlines the service works to, once you actioned changes the parcel will re-route while the system figures out the quickest route option.
I Hope this helps clear things up, if you need any more info please contact us directly.

I hate the waste involved by all the packaging. It would be amazing to be able to purchase the ground coffee without it being weighed out. I am an adult and quite capable of doing that myself. Perhaps supply a one off spoon.

We aim to reduce food waste by portioning our ground in individual sachets to keep the coffee fresh for every brew you make.
You can purchase our whole bean, which you can grind as you go as an alternative to this.

You purchased with us on Sunday the 16th of March at 3.09PM, meaning your order would be despatched the next working day.
We did so on Monday the 17th, and your package is due to be delivered to by the latest the 20th. That is therefore 3 working days from despatch to your door.
You chose our standard Royal Mail 48 shipping option, which we state is a 3-5 working day service.
Therefore we are slightly confused by your review.

Good selection for the coffee lovers.
Easy to order, good selection of coffees. Royal mail delivery which was a grest bonus. Emails to keep you updated.
The only thing which would improve for me would be if I could open the box to see the coffee bags but as it was ordered as a gift I didn't want to spoil it.
