If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They commented on my last post that the issue had been resolved. However that was not the case. I currently have a defective rug that is such poor quality it isn’t useable they will not refund me even after sending photos to customer service. Their customer service rep, after seeing the rug, said there would be a refund issued and of course that never happened. I even offered to send the rug back.
Seems to be a common theme with this company because anytime someone does respond to my instagram comments on their posts they’re having the same issues. However the company promptly hides and deletes all negative comments. This company takes peoples money.

Scam company that will steal your money

This company is a scam. They accepted my request for refund of my rug (they sent me the wrong one), physically accepted the rug when I returned it back to them, and have ghosted me when it comes to actually issuing the refund. I have emailed them numerous times, posted on their social media to get their attention (they blocked me), and had to file a complaint with the BBB to try and get my $215 back. Absolutely unacceptable to operate your business this way and steal people's money like this, especially with how hard the economy is right now. Don't buy anything from this company.

Update (9/11/24): they had 2 weeks to respond to the Better Business Bureau and have chosen not to. The BBB has reached out a second time before more action will be taken.

Update (9/22/24): Artiplanto has still not responded to me or the BBB. I see them responding to other customers on here, so I would hope they would finally fix their wrongdoing with order AP96144.

Awful quality control and terrible…

Awful quality control and terrible customer service. Ordered a rugs twice with no issue. The last two times was awful - first time the rug arrived with a bunch of black stains on it. Second time I ordered two rugs and both arrived with serious manufacturing defects and they will not refund stating it is not within the 14 day window. Unbelievable

NO RESPONSE after WRONG RUG was delivered

I purchased a beige/tan checkered rug and the actual rug received was a black/cream checkered rug. I contacted customer service with photos of the incorrect rug and they were able to send me a return label pretty quickly. The item was delivered by to their facilities 8/7/24. When I contacted them, they said I have to wait a full 10 business days. It's now 9/5/24 and I have been contacting them weekly to check on my refund status with NO RESPONSE. I have no idea how I am going to get my $500-600 back. The company's number just goes to a voicemail as they say no customer representative is available. No one responds to my website chat. No one responds to my emails.

Listen to the reviews - this company is definitely a scam. I ordered a rug from them and received an order confirmation. A couple weeks went by and I never got an email stating my order was shipped so I emailed them. I got an email back from Megan that the rug was being “made” that week and then it would be shipped by the next week. This seemed weird to me because no where on the website did they say they were made to order, which feels like a big selling point if it was true. After two weeks of not hearing anything from them I contacted American Express and explained the situation and they reversed the charge. They told me if the company ended up shipping the item the charge would be recharged, which was the perfect solution because I still wanted the rug. I decided to reach out one last time to see the status of my order and now Megan claimed they were JUST about to send out my rug (how convenient for them!) but they received the claim from Amex and decided to cancel my order - without any communication. You think they would want to rectify the situation and send out the order and then tell Amex it was sent, but instead they just cancelled the order without communicating with the customer. I’m honestly not convinced this company has any rugs and they just hope people won’t contact their credit card companies and ask for the charges to be reversed.

I ordered a plant and planter on July…

I ordered a plant and planter on July 1st, received the planter and not the plant. The date for receiving it kept changing.. I requested a refund on August 12th and was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive a confirmation and the refund.
It is now September 4th and still no refund. I tried calling, emails and chats and no one is responding.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
it’s theft.. I’m close to 300$ short for a plant I have NEVER received and what’s more disappointing is that no one answers the calls emails or messages.

Avoid!

Order AP96280 placed back on June 23rd (pre order) no movement until I followed up on August 6th, was told there was a delay in the items and would not be shipping until end of month. I requested to cancel my order and was told the refund would be issued within 7-10 business days from August 7th. Still waiting… I’ve sent multiple email follow ups with no response. Will be proceeding with a dispute with my credit card company . Avoid this company.

Terrible customer service. Seems like a scam

Similar review to the countless others on here. The product I ordered never arrived when it was supposed to (in May) so by July I requested a refund. When I reached out Megan stated that she would issue a refund within 5-7 business days and that was over ONE MONTH ago. Still no refund. Still no responses to my follow-up emails about this. Absolutely terrible customer service- save yourself the trouble and don't order from them.

Shamelessly taking your money without any regard for their customers!!!!

I placed an order for a rug on May 28th, unfortunately, the product I received was defective, which led me to contact you by email on June 5th to request a return.

Following this request, you proceeded to send a replacement rug on June 30th. However, the rug I received was in an even worse condition than the first one. On July 3rd, I initiated a new return request, and since then, I have been following up on the progress of this matter.

Indeed, I have sent follow-up emails to request a refund on July 16th, August 4th, August 7th, and August 11th, all without success. Additionally, I have made several unsuccessful attempts to reach you by phone, as your line is constantly out of service. Furthermore, during my exchanges via the chat on your website, I was assured that the return would be escalated, but I have yet to receive any updates.

I also attempted to resolve this issue through your social media manager on Instagram, again without success. Today is August 14th, and I still have not received any concrete response to my requests.

They're shamelessly taking your money without any regard for their customers!!!!

Artiplanto scam

Similar to other reviewers, I have emailed Megan and called multiple times to receive a refund. I was assured I would receive my refund or atleast an email about it by July 29 and that never occurred. So I have been repeatedly following up and have not received a response (order no. AP96563). The quality of the tree was also not good which is why I did not want the tree anymore. This is feeling more of a scam at this point because of the complete lack of customer service.

They never shipped an item, and then never issued a refund

I placed Order AP95752 on June 4th, 2024. Four of the five items arrived, but one still had not shipped, as of July 8th, so I wrote to customer service to cancel it. They were happy to cancel it, and said that I would recieve a refund to my credit card in 5-7 business days. It is August 13th, and I have still not recieved the refund, and now all of my customer service emails (both on the original chain, and on new service tickets) have been ignored. Terrible! What gives?

UPDATE: I chatted with Megan today and she again promised to reach out to investigate the status of the refund. She could offer no explanation as to the delay: "I will send an email regarding this matter now, but beyond that, there's not much more I can do.
Thank you for your understanding."

I still have yet to hear back from Artiplanto regarding my refund, despite their promise below to respond within 24 hours.

I called you on Friday at 9:53 AM and 10:22 AM and 2:56 PM and again today at 10:52 AM.

I emailed you on August 7 at 4:33 PM on August 9 at 9:56 AM and today at 10:52 AM.

I have ordered from this company three times before. On July 16, 2024, I placed an order, then had second thoughts and immediately reached out to cancel the order. I was told (in writing) that the order had been cancelled and that I would be fully refunded. After seeing that the order had not bee refunded, I contacted customer service and was again told that I would be fully refunded. It is now nearly one month later, and I cannot get in touch with anyone from the company. Their telephone number goes to voicemail, they do not answer my emails, and their chatbot is ineffective. I have been scammed. Warning to all.

I bought 3 Artiplanto plants and one of has developed holes in them- photo attached. The company told me they will not replace or give me a credit so i can buy a different one that does not develop holes.

Since the plants were delivered in 2022, it's outside of the period in which we can offer a replacement or credit. Most companies, including ours, have a specific timeframe for returns and exchanges, and unfortunately, it's unlikely any company would provide credit or a replacement after such an extended period.

COMPLETE SCAM “COMPANY”

So I ordered knowing it would be a pre order and would take a month. So time passes by over a month and they didn’t send the plant I ordered, so I look online come to find out there have TERRIBLE reviews. So I cancel my order. According to the conditions, if the product hasn’t been shippped out yet you can get a full refund. I cancelled my order and they said they’d give the refund but they completely avoided me since. I’m going to have to take legal action because this isn’t okay. Expensive “plant” just for them to SWINDLE MY MONEY.

Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. The delivery person showed up at 9 pm with no advance notice and gave me the carpet I had ordered in the door of the lobby. The carpet was full of oils stains and it was not the right size. I had ordered a 8x10 but it was 5" short on the lenght and 6" on the width. They offered to replace the carpet but could not garantee that it would be the right size. Beware.
