Bad service

OMG! I should have read reviews before ordered. Ordered April 12, 2025, today have not received and the confirmation said 7 to 12 business days. Emailed twice no response!
This is absolutely POOR business. People like this adds to the DISTRUST of ordering products online. They should be ashamed!

Customer service is non existent

I placed an order on Feb. 23rd for my wedding in June and have heard nothing on my order since then. I emailed the “customer service” email several times to see what’s happening with my order and requesting a refund… and NOTHING… radio silence… Even though my wedding is a couple months away, I still don’t even think I will get my flowers in time. If you know what’s good for you and want to save yourself a world of stress, go somewhere else for flowers. Highly unreliable.

I wish I had seen the true reviews

(Artificialmerch has now cancelled my order as of April 15, 2025. It is now May 2 and have not been able to reach anyone in regards to the money that they owe me. I will continue to email them and put bad reviews online to warn others about this horrible company.) I wish I had seen the real reviews from this company. Ordered from them and they took payment October 4. It is now April 4 and have received nothing. I paid just under $200 and it is obviously gone as I have emailed twice with no response.

I wish I could rate it zero stars…

I wish I could rate it zero stars instead of one. Placed two orders nearly two months ago...still nothing shipped...however they took my money immediately. I have emailed them almost daily and contacted through their website multiple times a week and they do not respond to any messages at all. They are obviously a bunch of crooks running a scam.

Be patient

Artificial Merch is definitely worth it if your patient. I placed my order on January 22nd and didn't hear anything from them for a month. As I started to feel like I got scammed and started to read the reviews on here I immediately followed up with an email to there service team to let them know I needed them for April 1st they never did respond to the email but on March 17th my 500 piece order arrived and they were all in perfect condition. Other than the lack of communication I can say my experience with them was amazing just make sure to order 3 months advanced if possible.

Extremely disappointing experience

This has been extremely disappointing. I am running a business and paid for the shipping for 7-12 days. I heard no response on a shipping update well after it was supposed to be shipped and I’ve emailed multiple times asking for a cancellation and refund as these were for a project and haven’t heard anything back.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago

Placed an order 6 weeks ago, paid for the 12 day shipping and got nothing. The order tracker says my order still hasn’t shipped. I’ve reached out via every customer support channel I could find, there has been 0 response to any messages on their contact forms or their emails or social media. And yes I’ve checked my spam box. BEWARE. I made the mistake of using Apple Pay so I can’t do a chargeback but I wish I could. I assumed based on prior good reviews that maybe they were struggling or having some sort of short term difficulty or perhaps had even gone out of business at an inopportune time, but given that they are still taking orders, adding to their site, advertising on Google, and posting on social media, I’ve come to the conclusion that they must be defrauding customers intentionally. Scammed out of $250

Don't order from this site

Ordered $107 in merchandise on February 1, still have not received any correspondence on what is happening with my order as of 3/24/25. Have reached out via email several times with no response. Please don't order from this company. I feel, like all the other reviews I've read, I'm now out my $107.....

I’m out $1,000

I did receive my orders, after about 2 months, and even ordered more. The 2nd order was very large and when i received it, much of it was very cheap, plasticity and unusable. They answered my email and tried to refund me $500 of the $1,000 with the offer that i could keep the crap, which i didn’t need or want. We then agreed to refund $500 but send 100 sweet pea stems at no cost to make up for the remainding $500. I have sent about 25 emails now with no answer, no product and no money i am out $1,000!!! I am not kidding. Can’t believe they are getting away with this. Go else where, there are a lot of places that have faux flowers. Place called G&G in NJ that was very similar but fast and reliable. Be warned.

1/3/2025 & my order still hasn’t arrived.

I placed an order on 1-3-2025 & it’s now 3-21-2025 and I’ve still not received it. I’ve have sent numerous emails inquiring about my order and not one response. I just read all the horrible reviews about this company and I’m literally sick at my stomach knowing that they are deliberately stealing hard working Americans money and are legally allowed to do it. Basically the chance of receiving my order or a refund is zero at this point….
On 3-21-2025 Artificialmerch.com responded to this post and said they would have the bank credit my account ASAP and was sorry about everything. It’s now 4-1-2025 and I still have not received my refund credited to my account. This has to be a scam company and can’t be trusted. They are stealing hard working Americans money and can’t be trusted!!! I want my promised refund!!!!

Unfulfilled Orders (#16284 & #16285)

Placed two orders (#16284 & #16285) for my wedding, on Jan 4, 2025. Paid expedited shipping on one order in hopes it would get to me in time to check the quality and determine if the product would work out for us. Today is Mar 21, 2025 and I have nothing. I have sent numerous emails and have yet to get a single response. I have requested refunds and have heard nothing. I have seen Artificial Merch respond to these reviews than to direct communication with them. Maybe this will get their attention. If not, I have learned my lesson.
